This has to be the worst lawn care service that I’ve ever had! I’ve called them countless times to have them come out and fix or treat my lawn the way they were supposed to in the first place. Not only do they take weeks to hear back from them, they lie when they tell me that they’re at my house doing a treatment at that moment, when I am in my house and they’re nowhere to be seen! This has happened a few times, and I am completely over it!!!
I’ve told so many neighbors never to hire this company! Maybe some Trugreen companies run their business differently, but my particular one has been horrible. Beyond horrible!!!

TruGreen talks a good game, has nice promotional literature, and they seem to be organized pretty well. But their ultimate product is your lawn and they are lousy at taking care of it. I had nutsedge all summer long and chickweed at several spots in my yard. I called and they did nothing. Also, when they apply fertilizer, they are careless and overlap areas that they have already fertilized. This results in bare spots in several places due to too much nitrogen, I believe. Then want to sell you reseeding after the season. My recommendation is to find another company to do your lawn maintenance. One other thing is that if you talk to one of the bosses about your dissatisfaction, they get downright hostile. By the way, I have photos to prove what I'm saying.
