I have had no Service from them for Month today i called never called me back i a m thinking switching extremely poor Customer Service.I have been them for Years.

I USED YOUR SERVICE YEARS AGO. I STOPPED USING YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE Y0U WOULD NOT COMPROMISE WITH ME ON A BILL. MY BACK YARD IS GATED. I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED. THE BACK YARD GATES WERE LOCKED SO THE SERVICE PERSON COULD NOT DO THE BACK YARD. I INFORMED YOU THAT SINCE HE DID NOT DO THE BACK I WAS WILLING TO PAY HALF THE BILL. (THE BACK YARD IS LARGER THAN THE FRONT) SO I WOULD STILL BEEN PAYING MORE FOR THE SERVICE I DID RECEIVE. YOU WOULD NOT COMPROMISE SO I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT SO THAT I COULD GET RID OF YOU GUYS. KARMA? I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU NOW. YOU COME TO MY HOME WHEN I AM NOT THERE AND SERVICE MY LAWN. FRONT AND BACK. ONE BACK GATE WAS LOCKED AND THE SMALLER GATE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MY HOME WAS SECURE FROM THE INSIDE. THE SERVICE PERSON FORCED HIS WAY INTO THE SMALL GATE DAMAGING IT. THE GATE WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE. I CONSIDER THAT BREAKING AND ENTERING. I AM THINKING OF FILING A LAW SUIT. HE LEFT A NOTICE ON MY FRONT DOOR. MY ADDRESS IS 6171 JOYNER DRIVE. THE ADDRESS ON THE NOTICE IS 6173 JOYNER CT. PEOPLE, THE MAIN REASON THIS IS SO IMPORTANT TO ME IS WHEN I HAD YOUR SERVICE YOU DIDNT CARE TO TRY AND SREVICE MY BACK YARD. NOW THAT I DONT HAVE YOUR SERVICE, YOU BREAK INTO MY BACK YARD TO SERVICE IT. THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE I PAID FOR MANY YEARS AGO. BY THE WAY, THE TRUCK ID NUMBER ON THE NOTICE IS 122307. I WILL NOT REVEAL THE PERSON NAME ON THE NOTICE. BUT REALLY? TWO DIFFERENT STREETS WITH ALL THE GPS OUT THERE THESE DAYS. YOU WILL BE INFORMED WHEN AND IF I DECIDE TO FILE A LAW SUIT FOR BREAKING AND ENTERING MY PROPERTY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND FOR DAMAGING MY PROPERTY. THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT 2024.

I would not recommend anyone to TruGreen. The experience I had with them this summer (2021) was horrendous. Customer Service was non existent. Never showed up when they were suppose to and all my treatments were prepaid. Even trying to cancel the service took over a month and another month to get my money back. Which they kept over 100.00. No one has even called me to try to make things right. Due to their incompetence my yard looks horrible. I should have stayed with the local company that had used the year before. Think twice before you trust TruGreen to take care of your lawn.
