The crisps were stale

The overall experience is good. The fresh summer truffles were good and tasty. The delivery was fast and package in good shape. However one bag of chips has unpleasant oil odour even though the expiry date is Jan 25. That part got one star off.

This was a present from the purchaser to me. I absolutely love truffles and although I haven't opened everything in the box, what I have tried is wonderful. Can't wait to go through it all.

The white truffle oil tastes very intensive and good. Anyway, I was disappointed that it only contains 47,3% of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and uses another 47,3% of cheaper and less quality olive oil. Why won't you, in such a special and luxury product, use half and half oil and not make it an excellent product with 100% of Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

I like the way they deliver , the packaging, and how they keep you informed about your order. Instead of a grade A truffle i received 3 truffles, various sizes, one small, a medium and a big one. The big one was eaten inside by something and have very little flavour, the small one was fin but again, very little flavour, only the medium one had some flavour.

Fabulous service, rapid delivery and awesome products. J would recommend to anyone.

I purchased an item from the website in the hopes it would arrive in time to be included in a birthday gift hamper.
I was provided a Royal Mail tracking number that never updated and after a week called to speak to someone.
I was advised there seemed to be some logistic issue but they could see my order.
I asked for a refund and was told I would be called or emailed.
This is after I had already sent an email to customer service with no response.
Following the call I made, I received a generic email the next day advising my order had been closed.
Thankfully I received a refund within 48hrs but what a horrible experience.
I won’t be using them again.
