Price was competitive. Service was second to none. Technician cleaned up all of the broken glass, quickly changed out the new piece and it was done. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Excellent service- responded same day! Highly recommend !

Salesperson sold me on vinyl windows without warning me about how much they would warp. The warping requires recaulking and paint touch up. They came out and recaulked but did not paint touch up. I had to paint it. Now the windows are warping again causing gaps and its only been a few months. Additionally, the install was brutal for my interior causing cracks in my drywall and requiring repainting which they won't do. They hung my picture window crooked. The two sliding doorframes hang down below my floorline outside. I contacted trueview with my complaints and was told there is nothing they can do. I cannot recommend trueview

Very professional work.

I have used True View Windows over the last few years. I replaced all of my commercial windows at my modern home and also replaced all of my historic windows in Willo. True View teams all did a great job, from measuring, quoting, manufacturing and installing the process flowed smoothly. I would highly recommend and do often to my friends to let the team at True View help with your window needs. A truly professional company. 5 stars in my book.

Average Quality, mediocre communication, longer than average production time (which is understandable in today's production industry). Reasonably okay employees to work with.

The repair worked well. The fact that my mother's jewelry was found missing afterward is very upsetting. A police report has been filed with Maricopa Sherriff's department.

False Promises, bad installation, worst follow up to fix leaking windows. I hired another company to fix their problems. The new company pointed out many shortcuts they took. I regret using this company. Had they performed we would have hired them for many more projects

True View was an amazing partner to work with. From the initial phone call, to the measuring service, to installation I had a very positive experience. Their attention to detail and execution was well done. I definitely recommend their services/product and will be using them again in the future.

I love True View!! This is the second time I have worked with them on both of my bathrooms and they are completely amazing. Their work is outstanding! The office girls are so helpful if you have any questions or concerns, they are always their to help you figure it out or gets with whom they need to.
I would not use any other company for any of my shower/glass needs.
THEY WON'T DISAPPOINT!!

"True View never lets us down." That's what my wife said after True View repaired our screens and sliding glass doors. After we had our windows replaced in June 2019 we had them come and fix some other stuff that needed to be done. They did a great job and were very happy.

Our experience with True View Windows was excellent. Rhika helped us navigate some issues that we experienced with the manufacturer. This resulted in getting our door installed according to the timeline that we needed. Mario was our installer and he was great as well....very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend True View Windows.
