Jessica was patient with me going through the process of withdrawing some funds from my pension. It is quite a long form to complete and she put me at ease in completing it and then explained timescale for funds to appear in my account. She's very pleasant to speak to and offered any help needed. I won't feel so daunted in the future when I need access to pension funds.

Regarding my phone call on 05/06/26 I was logged out of my account as you wanted a security check from, the lady I spoke to was Angel Nyathi who did everything she could to get me logged back in, she went above and beyond to help, she was very polite & professional in her work, I would like to thank her very much as I was getting confused but angel explained everything to me & I can’t praise her enough

Although most things can be done on the app - I do like to ring up about some queries. I always find it easy to get through on the phone - everyone is always polite, professional and easy to speak with. I spoke with Steven Wright with my query and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The app is great to use and easy to navigate.
