I spoke with a a very knowledgeable person from true potential this morning, her name was MADDY she was absolutely Amazing & very very helpful, she puts you at ease helps you through whatever you ask of her with patience & understanding, amazing person & I have requested that it is maddy that I would prefer to deal with at anytime of contacting true potential. She will be a fantastic asset to you'r company.

True Potential as always give 5* Customer Service. This evening i spoke with a member of staff called Steven. I completed my pension review back in March’26 online & TP contacted myself to go over my review and make sure all my details & information were correct. It’s never a chore doing it as TP explain everything to me so I understand my pension and how the market is performing. I have 100% trust and confidence in TP handling my pension.

Gabriel phoned me to raise a valid question on a recent review, and while he was there explained a couple of other questions I had. He was quick, informed and arranged to promptly investigate one question and send documentation for another. 4 rather than 5 because I haven't had documentation or outcome of those questions yet, so obviously can't give the top score, but if I had it would definitely be a 5.

I have been working with TP for several years now and as I approach my state pension age I always admire their service and professionalism. Emails, phone calls and general communication is first class.
Today I worked with two gentleman Ryan and Nathan, who is different capacities guided me through my issues and questions. Nothing pushing but simple honesty and integrity.
Financial issues are scary to the layman but TP always comes across as a well run company.
