Frontier moving solutions are charging…
Frontier moving solutions are charging me $500 extra One day before my belongings are expected to arrive. They told me their trunk won’t fit into my apartment complex and waited until after they took my belongings to inform me. I gave them my address a week before they took my stuff so they had plenty of time to google my complex. This wasn’t my only negative experience with them, they also tried to scam my girlfriend into paying $1200 extra to add 14 boxes ranging in size Small to large. Do your research about this company before you hand over your belongings to them. Check Reddit and Yelp many others have experienced this as well.

Don’t give them money unless you’re sure
I like an idiot gave them my card number, but then I canceled within 24 hours and it says you can cancel within 72 and they still took the money out of my account now they’re telling me it’ll take 3 to 5 business days to get a check back in the mail to just get it in the mail and then probably another 10 days to get it to me which I need the money to hire the truck that I Decided to go with it didn’t take them 3 to 5 days to get the money out of my account so I called them and they said oh yes, we see her that you did cancel, but they can’t reverse the charges so they have screwed me. I would not go with them or at least don’t givethem money! Unless your sure you want to use them just rip off

Don’t let them lie their way into your…
Don’t let them lie their way into your home!
Not a single thing they told us was truthful.
Frontier Moving Solutions uses third party movers. They say they don’t, but then after being caught, they blamed everything on said third party!
Finally after over a month and calling them everyday trying to find our things, a moving van pulled up to our new home. WITHOUT several important items, including family heirlooms.
When we reached out to Frontier with our concerns, we were passed around to 4 different “managers” until we finally got an answer of… “it’s the third party that is responsible, not us, sorry, nothing we can do”. Frontiers refuses to send us our final invoice and refuses to replace, and or, look for the missing property that was stored in their warehouse for two weeks. We are still waiting for them to “call us back”.

Run from this company!!!
Update 8/13/2025 @ 10:10pm CT: I wish I had the option to send the picture of the returned letter. I have now sent it out again to the only other address that was supplied by The FMCSA/NCCDB. Let’s see if this one makes it!
Also, I called you on the same day of delivery when the whole mess transpired and was hung up on by a manager/supervisor.
Run from this company!!!! Beware!!!
My move was a horrible mess!! Destroyed furniture, lied, breached the contract, had to make 3 trips back to the origin state to pick up items that should have been on the truck and paid for and I sent a arbitration letter to 5430 NW 33rd Ave suite 101, Fort Lauderdale, FL
33309 and it was returned to sender/ insufficient address/ unable to forward!!! In the process of getting an actual address to proceed farther.

You can’t trust this company!
Frontier has great customer service but they will not be the ones completing the move and that is why I gave it 1 star. The company they outsource to broke my things and lost my things. You can not trust them because they are not the ones actually completing the move! Just book with someone else to maintain your sanity!!!

Would rate my experience -1000
Would rate my experience -1000 this company is completely fraudulent. Quoted us $1800. Went through three forms of customer and quality assurance representatives and paid deposits (over half the cost). Day of move, the truck shows up and informs us they would only take 2 couches and 3 boxes. When we clearly let them know everything that was being moved and exact quantities and sizes ( and each item in the storage unit was clearly listed in our contract prior to the truck showing up day of. They then came and informed us it would be another $2500 for them to take anything else. When speaking with customer service to resolve the issue they became irate and were extremely rude despite facing no confrontation on my end. When legal action was brought up we were told “go ahead, please try”. Seeing as “customer service” was going to do anything but a manager reached out and let us know they “wanted to resolve the issue” and offered a refund of $88
Never use this company they are 100% in the business of scamming people. Trying to up charge in the last possible second when you are already mid move and have no other option and have already spent half your moving budget on their “non refundable deposit”

Avoid Frontier Moving Services at All…
Avoid Frontier Moving Services at All Costs – Bait and Switch Tactics and Zero Accountability
Do not use Frontier Moving Services. This is hands down the most dishonest, disorganized, and frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. My experience was a textbook case of bait and switch pricing.
After completing a mandatory FMCSA virtual tour and the “quality assurance” call they insisted was required, Frontier tripled the originally quoted price. That’s right — over 3x the initial quote, after I had already paid a deposit and taken the time to document all items clearly.
Their salesperson, Kyle, made endless promises: that the quote was accurate, that he’d personally be available throughout the process, that my items would be picked up on the 29th (weather permitting), and that communication would be seamless. None of those promises were kept. Kyle disappeared, and I was left in the dark.
Worse, they didn’t even complete the virtual review until the actual day the movers were supposed to arrive — completely nullifying its purpose and setting me up for a last-minute upcharge.
This company is an absolute scam operation hiding behind false professionalism and misleading sales tactics. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from Frontier Moving Services.

Terrible
Terrible, awful experience - I DO NOT recommend this company. They assured me my fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home would fit in their truck. It did not. In fact, when the truck driver got there, a day late, and a day before I had to be out of my house, he said that no way would all my things fit in the allotted space in the truck. So why would they tell me it would? They listed everything on the bill of laden but there was no way it would all fit - they scammed me!! I put down an over $2000 deposit and they would not give it back because I didn't cancel within the 3 days they required - but how could I know that the truck would only fit a quarter of my things?? I was not going to let them take 1/4 of my things and then be left scrambling with the rest of it at the last minute! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Nearly tripled price mid move and caused damage
Originally quoted $5.4K which they changed to $14K once my furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and half of my items packed and in the road. When I refused the higher price, they unwrapped my furniture and left it in the road. They broke both lazy boy couches, damaged most wood furniture leaving it on the cement, and caused multiple dings to the drywall.
The items they packed were not packed well with for example loose blender blades dumped with a bunch of other misc items.

Nothing but headaches.
For what ? They say they aren’t brokers. That they have movers that only work for them and they have control of those movers. Lies. They have zero control and zero interest in what happens once they get their fee upfront. Then they dump you off to whomever. When those guys show up they say, “Oh, well, ya, let me explain how this works…You know that $2,400 bid they gave you? It’s actually going to be $7,800.” Do yourself a HUGE favor. Cut out the middleman, call a reputable mover, have them come out to your place, look at what you have, and give you a hard and fast price. These guys are brokers. They have no idea what they are quoting, nor do they care. They tell you one thing, get your money upfront, and then let you deal with the aftermath.
Update: Two days after writing this I get an email stating that they are demanding I take this down. NO! Every single word is the truth, and I stand behind it. Screw me over and you will feel the same pain as I am subjected to ! I gave the the benefit of a two star review because my things did arrive in one piece, no thanks to them. Now it's a one star for bullying me.

Be warned
Scam company. Canceled via phone <72 hours, customer service said it was fine and that a check would come in the mail. They call again weeks later saying I never canceled because it has to be via email (which the customer service agent on the phone NEVER said originally). They either have incompetent employees or train them to deceive customers.

They show up at 8:30 at night so you can’t see the condition of your items,

Very Poor Service.
For my move they dumped another company to handle it. That company was Azimuth Group Van Lines. These guys are borderline scammers. When my items arrived in poor condition, they tried to refuse to bring my items into the house unless I gave them another $200. They said they would leave stuff on the lawn. They dont send men, they send whiny little boys who dont want to do work!

Don’t use this moving company. They are a scam
To be honest this moving company doesn’t deserve any stars, but I have to give one to write my review. This is my first time dealing with any moving company. This company is a scam they tell you what you want to hear to lock in your deposit. Give you a good quote that you feel comfortable with, then on the day of picking up my furnitures, they doubled the price. You are wrong for doing this to hard working people. I’ve lost my deposit because they said I can’t get a refund after they’re the one who changed the price on me to a price I could not afford at the time. Why not state all the other fees before taking the deposit. Y’all are a bunch of scam and thieves I will pray on You that you don’t get anymore businesses. Don't work with them they will rep you off.

Scammers
This is a completely scam company that deserves 0 stars. They give you an estimate that vastly underestimates the cost they will charge you on the day off. I was quoted around 2100 and on the day of asked to pay > 3500. They did not call me until after 10PM the night before to tell me when they would be arriving the next day. And when the arrived they said I would need way more cubic feet than in the original quote. They are complete scammers. Please please do not fall for them and never use this company. I ended up canceling the move and lost all of my security deposit. I rented a truck from Penske for 1200, bought packing supplies from Home Depot for about 200, and ultimately did the move myself with help from family. After the shady business they pulled, I did not trust them at all with my belongings. They are completely a fraud.

Liars, and thiefs
My spouse and I spoke with multiple agents to get our move across state lines arranged. We informed them each time the items we had to move and the square footage of the home. We got a quote and made a deposit.
When movers came, the driver said he was told he expected much less items and the move would cost double the cost.
Both driver and spouse spoke with customer service to find the disconnect. The customer service rep said there was no report of the conversations we had about the amount of items we planned to move. They would not honor their agreement with us and we had to cancel the movers because we didn’t have the money or time the driver said it would now take. We will not get our $3000 deposit back because we cancelled the movers day of move at no fault to us. We signed the contract and they lied to keep our money. I would NEVER recommend Frontier movers.

SCAMMERS
Their rep. Jon Alsina, lied and said they are the movers, not a broker, my husband walked through our house telling him all of our furniture, etc.and we entered an agreement with us to move us interstate of $6694.37, and deposited $3030 to be loaded on 5/28/25. On 5/24/25, someone from Frontier's QA called and said he needed to charge $9900+ because we failed to tell Jonathan all of our property and started listing things that hadn't gotten onto the contract. He was looking at our home on Zillow. We told him we were downsizing and selling/donating to do it. We settled on $8489.90 with add'l $1006 deposit. On 5/27/25 (1 day early) a 26 ft truck from American Hills Moving & storage arrived with 5 men. They loaded almost everything before the driver came in and told us the price had to be increased to $19,200 because we were using 3600 cu ft. The truck only holds 1600 cu ft. My husband measured it. We told them to unload us into the garage and they said they required a $3500 cancellation fee first. We called 911, no help. We paid $3500, they roughly unloaded and damaged our furniture, and left with $7536 of our money. SCAMMERS!

BEWARE
BEWARE: DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. They will try to scam you into paying more day-of and if you don’t they’ll just leave you to unload yourself. I was told specifically that they would reassemble all my furniture upon delivery, but they didn’t even bring it up to my apartment. Arrived 3 weeks late & called me once a week to further delay delivery. For delivery, they refused to park in front of my apartment on the street (the same way ALL semis/moving trucks do in the city) & chose to park all the way down the road instead. Then, because they intentionally parked very far away, they wanted to charge me $1000 extra since they “had to” park down the road. When I told them I wasn’t going to pay an extra $1000 when there were closer spots, they just unloaded and left all my belongings at the end of the street. I had to load all of my belongings either into my car or carry them by hand to my apartment down the street. They also refused to bring anything up to my apartment even after I moved all of it down the street BY MYSELF to right in front of my apartment. For all the money I paid for movers, I shouldn’t have to pay them full price for ME to unload and carry all of my heavy belongings down the street and up a flight of stairs. Called customer service & they said “they did all they were supposed to do”. So all they think they’re supposed to do is try to find an excuse upcharge you & leave your belongings on the street if you don’t accept it. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMING MOVERS.
