There has been no response to my emails regarding a claim/payment for weeks.

Initially, they respond politely and indicate they will look into it. Subsequently, you hear nothing more about it.

If they respond and make the payment, I will update my review.

They unpuposly keep withdrawls in…

They unpuposly keep withdrawls in pending so you cancel it and gamble it all away.

I tested it and its always more then 2 days and up to 5 before you payed out.

When the casino was new they did not make you wait long but it is a tratigy to atttract gamblers.

Now you wait super long and a good chance you rollback you winnings that way you keep losing and they lose no money.

Horrible experience here

Horrible experience here. I asked to be permanently excluded but was not allowed to do so leading to huge financial loss.

I have emailed almost everyday to come to a conclusion and no one even bothers to respond and when they do they tell me I’ve to wait 6 months to hear back,

The stress this company has put me through and the financial pressure they’ve put me through is unmatched.

Please don’t use this company for your own mental health.

Update: In response to your reply that’s insulting. I have now sent 10 emails since last week and not one single response so your generic reply saying to contact support is no help.

Bad experience

First of all for trustpilot please do not remove the genuine reviews that helps others.
As per my experience with trueluck. I have seen the communication is very late or being ignored. Winning rate is very low that means you lose more money playing and wanting to get your lost money back.
