BE CAREFUL THEY SELL FAKES

BE CAREFUL THEY SELL FAKES! I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. My experience involved multiple red flags from the very beginning. I purchased a Bvlgari ring and was never provided tracking information, documentation, or any form of receipt to verify authenticity. It took six weeks to receive the item, and only after repeated emails over several weeks did I get any updates on its whereabouts.

When the ring finally arrived, the first concern was the stamping and markings. They were inconsistent with authentic Bvlgari craftsmanship, and I say this as someone who owns genuine pieces. To be certain, I paid out of pocket to have the ring evaluated by a reputable, internationally recognized authentication service. Their determination was clear: the item was not authentic.

In reviewing other people's experiences with this company, they too have had fake items sent to them. Please proceed with caution and go to another site where they will provide you all the documentation and authentication necessary for a luxury purchase.

DO NOT BUY from TrueFacet

DO NOT BUY from TrueFacet. Over a month now and after seeing no evidence of having received the watch I ordered and after demanding a refund, I am still trying to get my money back. TrueFacet is trying to steal almost $15k from me and I will be fighting this until they are shut down and their website is removed. Very sad what has become of what was once a very promising business. All I wanted was to buy a watch at a fair price and they strung me along for all this time with nothing to show for it. I asked about the status of the watch, I asked for photos, I asked for evidence of the piece at any stage of its transit. Then I asked for a refund and I gave them time to wire it back, then they said the wire failed, and then they promised to mail me a check and that still hasnt come. I have now filed a complaint with the IC3, which is the REMOVEDunit for investigating Internet fraud. I have filed a police report with The City of Oakland as a formality to clarify that I am being stolen from in the form of grand theft under false pretenses after having received no product nor evidence that there ever was product from what was supposed to be another reliable reseller online. Ive done business like this countless times without any issue with other online resellers, but the one time I trust TrueFacet, I get burned and am extremely distressed that I might never see my $15k ever again. How can they get away with this? They have two physical locations documented, an LLC that is filed in the state of REMOVED, and an owner by the name of REMOVEDwho is easily identified online, and yet there seems to be no way to get these guys to pay me back. Someone calling themselves REMOVEDhas been corresponding with me, but it must all be a big joke designed to let the funds slip farther away from being able to claw it back. We need to stop TrueFacet from stealing peoples things and money and get them to pay people back; shut down their business and remove their website. Lawsuit to come.

I had a very disappointing experience with TrueFacet. The item I received did not match the description, and getting help from customer support was extremely frustrating. Communication was slow and unclear, and resolving the issue took far longer than expected. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this platform.

True Facet are a SCAM

Title: Still waiting on a $2,854 refund – very disappointing experience

I paid $2,854 via wire transfer for a bracelet through TrueFacet. After the payment was confirmed, I was later informed that the seller never delivered the item, so the transaction could not be completed.

TrueFacet acknowledged that I am owed a full refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups over several months, I have still not received any payment. I was repeatedly told that a refund check would be sent, but nothing has arrived, and my recent emails have gone unanswered.

At this point, they are holding my funds without delivering the product or issuing the promised refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when paying by wire transfer.
They are a scam, I reported them to BBB and also getting a lawyer now.

People always talk about “investment…

People always talk about “investment pieces.” I don’t know about that part, but I will say this Rolex feels like something built to last. The bracelet is smooth, the clasp snaps properly, and the weight feels reassuring. It doesn’t feel delicate.

I almost didn’t pull the trigger because I’ve seen too many overhyped watches online. But when this Rolex showed up, I had to admit I was wrong. The black dial is deeper in person, and the diamonds aren’t loud like I expected. It actually feels balanced. It’s solid, tight, and nothing rattles. That surprised me.

Extremely Disappointing and…

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience — Buyer Beware

My experience with TrueFacet has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I purchased what was represented as an authentic Cartier Love bracelet. When it arrived, multiple red flags were immediately apparent. The box, paperwork, and certificate of authenticity did not match any legitimate Cartier packaging or documentation I own (and I own several authentic Cartier pieces). The inconsistencies were obvious and concerning.

After raising this with TrueFacet, their own team admitted the piece should never have been sent out. That alone speaks volumes about their quality control and authentication process—especially for a company that claims to specialize in luxury resale.

What’s even worse is what followed.

I have now asked nearly 20 times for my refund. Months have gone by, and I still have not received my full refund. Each follow-up results in delays, vague responses, or no meaningful action at all. The burden has been entirely on me to chase down money that should have been returned immediately after they acknowledged their mistake.

Selling a questionable item under the guise of authenticity is bad enough. Admitting fault and then failing to make the customer whole for months afterward is completely unacceptable.

If you’re considering buying high-end jewelry from TrueFacet, I strongly recommend thinking twice. My experience has shown serious issues with authentication, fulfillment, and customer accountability. I’m sharing this so others don’t have to go through the same frustrating and costly ordeal.

WARNING TRUEFACET SCAM

I want to caution anyone considering making a major purchase through TrueFacet. Several months ago, I paid $23,000 for a Chopard Imperiale watch, and I still haven’t received it. What’s been most alarming is that throughout this entire delay, the exact same watch has continued to appear on their site as “available,” even after I already checked out and paid in full.

Since the purchase, I’ve been given a rotating list of explanations — “final inspection,” “awaiting verification,” “shipping soon” — but none of these updates have led to any actual movement. Weeks pass with no proactive communication, and every follow-up I make results in vague reassurances rather than real answers.

For a transaction of this size, the lack of clarity and follow-through is unacceptable. Not only do I have no watch, but the fact that the item remains posted for sale raises serious questions about how orders are handled behind the scenes.

This has been one of the most stressful luxury purchases I’ve ever made. $23,000 is a significant amount to have tied up with no product, no timeline, and no transparency.

If you’re considering buying a high-value item from TrueFacet, I strongly recommend thinking twice. My experience shows how easily things can go wrong — and how hard it is to get straightforward information once they do.

Scam

Only writing this because I don’t want anyone else getting scammed by TrueFacet. Back in February 2025 I bought a Cartier ring from them.. the told me if I paid via bank transfer they would offer me a discount. I paid and hoped I could trust them with this purchase. The ring arrived but it was the wrong one. They sent a rose gold version of what I ordered. They made a mistake, so I gave them the opportunity to correct it and send me the correct ring in white gold. After 3 months of bothering them every week inquiring about where my ring is, they kept telling me the have it and it will be sent out the following week. I told them ok, and was patient but I requested that they send a picture of the correct ring prior to shipping. Nothing was ever sent out. So I finally gave up and told them I just want a refund. They kept telling me it’s coming, it got stuck because of the tariffs… if they would’ve told me in the beginning that was the issue then I’d be more understanding and probably requested the return from the start instead being led to believe that it’s already shipped. When I told them I wanted the refund the way I paid, via bank transfer they said ok but I couldn’t be done until after Memorial Day. Memorial Day came and I asked them again where is the refund? They began to not answer my emails and every time I called the concierge number on the website, nobody picked up and after 20 mins of being on hold, it finally goes to voicemail and I leave a message but nobody has ever called me back. Finally “Jeff” responds to my email and states only a check can be sent for refund. And I explained to him, it’s probably going to “get lost in the mail” or “they already sent it”. Of course, I never got it and now nobody is responding to my emails. They could’ve just transferred it back but didn’t want to deal with sending me a 1099. What does that have to do with my purchase? It’s a refund for a purchase that I never got. So now I’m livid due to the fact that I just lost $3k dealing with this bullsh*t jewelry company. So don’t make the same $3000 mistake and don’t purchase or send them your jewelry. I know I’m not the first person they scammed, read reviews from other platforms. #truefacetisascam #truefacetrippedmeoff
#truefacetarescammers

UPDATE; "Jeff" finally responded to my inquiries and finally answered the question on where they sent the refund check to; they sent it to a bank branch, which was the address I gave them when they asked for the bank information for the bank transfer. They never did the bank transfer because "I would need to sign a 1099" which didn't make sense because its a purchase and I don't work for the company. Again, I have all the emails and proof that's what they're telling me. He responds quickly and says his mistake and he will get with accounting to correct it and will re-issue a refund. So I told him, to refund it via bank transfer and he said as soon as "payment gets release" he would do so. A week goes by and they don't contact me to reassure me that my refund has been released, instead, I give them an extra day to get back to me; Friday they state its going to be released. I message them on Tuesday letting them know that its going down the same road where if I dont email them about it, they wont contact me. So I email them and, of course, they screw up again... They tell me the check is in the mail and I should receive it by next week. They never asked me what address to send the check to, nor did I get any confirmation of how much the refund is. For all I know they can send me a $100 check and say this is the refund. I need to know exactly, how much Im getting back. IS THAT ASKING FOR TOO MUCH? It is with them; every email, Ive sent since then was requesting how much and where the check was sent, but NOBODY RESPONDS until I find out its to the wrong address. ALL THIS COULD BE AVOIDED IF THEY WOULD JUST RESPOND TO THE EMAILS. I even requested a phone call but guess what, no call back. Im tired of these games they play. Its like they're prolonging the refund hoping I will just give up and forget about it. This experience has been ridiculous, and is one of the worst. READ ALL REVIEWS, I believe they have some fake reviews that people add on there to make their storefront look good. They maybe an overseas company posing like theyre located in the US. Especially when you try to call, nobody ever picks up the phone, and when you leave a message, nobody calls you back. I didnt know about this until this issue. I fell for it, and look at what happened. Dont go thru the same issues that Im going thru. STAY AWAY FROM TRUEFACET, THEYRE SCAMMERS.

Update July 23rd, 2025..
“Jeff” .. doesn’t respond for nearly 2 week (going to cut this short because I just realized I’ve got a few characters left to type). They Zelle me.. half and tells me the other half will be sent the following day.. nope, now they’re saying it will be here next month.

Do not do business with this company it will not turn out good for you!!!!

I ordered two David Yurman never been worn bracelets 0n April 10th for my wife's birthday and paid for these in full and expected to receive these in a week or so and got a package with the wrong items that were not even close to what I had ordered and they told me that someone had send my bracelets out to the wrong person and they were just waiting for them to return the items and they would overnight them to me as soon as possible and that I could keep the two small kids bracelets that they had sent me because they felt bad for making this mistake but I really wanted what I had ordered for me wife so I waited another two weeks and called the phone number listed on their website and was on hold for over an hour and eventually I sent Jeff an email asking him what was going on and he said they never got the bracelets back and were going to refund my money back and he said it would take a few days to show up on my credit card so I waited another week with nothing and send him another email and he said again the were working on it and I waited another tow weeks and sent another email and received nothing so I am getting my bank involved now and filing a charge with the Better Business Bureau to see if this speeds up the process and this is my first time ordering with this website and really wish I would have read the negative reviews and not just the positive so do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and only work with reliable businesses you can trust!

TRUEFACET has literally RIPPED US…

TRUEFACET has literally RIPPED US OFF!!! My husband and myself are handicapped senior citizens, and several years ago, we purchased my Rolex from TrueFacet as a 60th birthday present to me from my husband. When my husband turned 60, I purchased a Rolex from TrueFacet for him. We even upgraded the watch by adding a diamond bezel. We received the watch with no difficulty, but after wearing it for awhile, my husband admitted to me that he, “just wasn’t a Rolex kinda guy.” He preferred his old reliable Seico that I bought him almost 30 years ago. I contacted TrueFacet about consigning the watch, and they offered a very generous Buy-Back price that we agreed upon. That was almost 2years ago, and we still haven’t received our money, as promised by them in NUMEROUS emails, AND THEY STILL HAVE OUR WATCH!!! Our attorney contacted them, and we were once again promised our money, but NEVER received it!!! This has been
a nightmare to us, because we are not wealthy people at all, which is why we used TrueFacet in the first place, with total satisfaction.
Sadly, we are now coming to New York with all of our email evidence, and filing a lawsuit against them, which is no easy task, due to our physical limitations and challenges causing travel to be very difficult. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRUEFACET , AS THEY, FOR SOME REASON NOW, ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!

It’s now October of 2025, and we still have no satisfaction from TrueFacet. At this point, WE JUST WANT OUR WATCH BACK!!! Can anyone help us please???

If I could have chosen minus 100 stars…

If I could have chosen minus 100 stars I would have. Please DO NOT BUY, this is a scam. This person who has taken over Truefacet is scamming people out of thousands and thousands of dollars. I purchased a Rolex from these people, it took forever to ship and it probably only shipped because I was emailing incessantly. He sent me a random picture after 6 weeks of a watch that DID NOT MATCH THE LISTING. He copied a random serial number from the listing and pasted it on a random card. He is purchasing watches with the money the buyer pays, they are probably genuine because the watch was supposed to be sent out from a jeweler located in FL. He keeps the watch and pockets the money, he is sending a knock off or an empty box at this point. I am refusing the shipment and I am going to keep at this guy until he is jailed. I paid a fortune so save your money go to a respectable jeweler and purchase directly from them. I don’t know if he intends on selling and reselling these watches and sending fakes instead of the watches he is purchasing with your hard earned money. Please do not buy read all the other reviews and do not purchase. Truefacet went out of business during covid and this is a scam. This person must have taken over the website, I bought from them previously (before Covid) and this is not my experience with them. The real Truefacet was amazing, this is crap. The people who left reviews on trust pilot are telling the truth. The reviews on Truefacet are from the old Truefacet website, these reviews are not recent or real. I am willing to send all correspondence to back up what I am saying. We contacted the bank to attempt to reverse the wire, banks and attorneys are involved. I contacted the attorney general’s office and I waiting to see what can be done. I am in the middle of my worst nightmare…
A year later still nothing but I am taking them to court. New York State might be willing to let scammers get away but I am going to sue you so if you know what’s good for you you will refund the 16k. This is ridiculous.
