The Hitler of energy companies

DO NOT USE THEM - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Utterly useless and a company full of scum. Tried to hold me accountable for previous tenants debt of £5K which I legally proved wasn’t my debt.

Then tried to charge me for delays due to their own incompetence. Threatening me with credit control process - True Energy you can chase the CORRECT person for the debt and YOU are liable for your administration errors!!

Utter scum. Lowest of the low. Would rather smash my head against a brick wall repeatedly than use these utter incompetent idiots for anything. Ever.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The app rarely works. Usually I can't log in, but when I on the rare occasion try and it works, then I remember why I so rarely even try. It seems absolutely useless.

Great app! Saves money by charging when it's cheap :)

I'm using the app for over two years. The app had it's worse periods, but support is always there to help. For past few months the app works stable.
