We used True Drivers for our return transfer from Sofia Airport to Bansko and were very impressed with their service. We were quoted a competitive price, and were in contact with our drivers before arriving. The flight was delayed but this was no problem for True Drivers. We left a high value item in the taxi on arrival and True Drivers organised it to be delivered on route to the airport with no problems. Quick responses and they accepted our bookings with less than 24 hour notice. Definitely recommend and will only be using this company in the future!

We really enjoyed the ride , the car was clean, the driver waited for us even if our flights were delayed for an hour, we got complimentary water , the driver was also nice and even stopped waited for us to buy some food during the journey.

The whole process was swift. We were 2 persons needing a lift from Sofia to Plovdiv in the same night. It was near New Year's Eve but TD was quick to respond to our request with a quote and the driver arrived fairly soon. Thanks TD.

What an incredible Experience. We were kind of stuck in Plovdiv not realising how difficult it is to travel with public transport on a Sunday. We booked a private Transfer and were expecting just that. For the price was for a transfer we basically received a private tour the entire way from Plovdiv to Veliko Tarnovo. Our Driver ALEX was incredible, really passionate about Bulgaria. We stopped at several sites which he graciously shared with us and treated us to a traditional Bulgarian lunch. For a couple that travels on a budget and we were really concerned about the transfer price, it turned out to be the best Value for Money experience in Bulgaria so far. Would highly recommend using their service and especially Alex!!
