Super friendly and took the time to explain about the company and the different fits if the shirts. Everything feels soft and durable and price point was right on.

I wanted to cancel my order (#9544241), sent an email and got a response within a few minutes, but with a link to the company site, where I was supposed to cancel myself. However, there weren't any cancelation options. I wrote back to the customer service and was ignored, despite the "let me know if I can help you any further".

This is definetely not ok.

Also, it's not clear that it's not an EU site, since it's translated to a local language. It's misleading, since it means I will have to pay for customs and taxes and the sold products will hence cost me double, and as a customer I don't have the rights I am entitled when shopping on an EU site.

I still want to cancel my order!

I ordered a three pack of their t shirts and I messed up and ordered it in the wrong size. I reached out to the customer service team with an email and they got back to me almost immediately and gave me store credit of equal value to what I spent and they let me keep the shirts I ordered in the wrong size. They were quick, polite, and incredibly helpful. I love their shirts and their customer service is top notch. I will be recommending True Classic to friends and family and I will be ordered more from them. 10/10 company.

I ordered some trousers, they were 4” longer than advertised and True Classic told me I couldn’t return them

I’ve been wearing True Classics for a few years now and love the fit of the Classic Crew. I figured I’d try the new Pima tees to change it up a bit.
After the first wash they became misshapen & unwearable.
I contacted customer service & they replied quickly & resent my order with the Classic Tee pack. Very easy process.
Great company, customer support & terrific products.
You won’t be disappointed.

Not only did the company timely respond to my question about the shipping of my order, they (of their own accord) followed-up a few days later to see if my shipment had arrived. Very pleased with their customer service

My husband loves his True Classic shirts (and so do I!). He has recently lost some weight but I didn’t realize it was enough to order him a different size, so when I realized he needed a smaller size, the True Classic team made it super easy for me to exchange the ones I had ordered for a smaller size even though they were “final sale” items. I really appreciated that!!

I ordered a tee based on the sizing chart provided. It ended up being too small, so I wanted to exchange it. The process to exchange was easy, and I received a pre-paid label to return the tee. After a week I'd not heard anything, so I contacted customer service. They reviewed my case and quickly processed my exchange. Excellent!

First time going to True Classic. Damian helped me with everything I needed and more. Very informative.

I walked into the true classic store at the Stonebriar center, and it was like 95° in there. I wanted to buy a T-shirt or two, but I couldn’t bear the heat. Someone needs to do something about it.

Their website is a scam. The shirts fit great. I have some I got from Amazon and Costco. The website promises 20% off first purchase and none of the links work. If you buy them get them from somewhere else.

Placed an order for my son but shipped to my address instead of his. I sent an email asking to correct the address. There was immediate response with the address change. Made my life easier and didn't have to pay to reship. Excellent respsonse!

I love True Classics. I order their Active tees and polos all the time. Once I needed to change to a different size after delivery and it was breeze. True Classics did all the work and made it very easy.
