I ordered 2 knee sleeves that never arrived.
I contacted customer support 3 times without any reply!
In the end I had to go through my bank to get my money back.
Terrible customer service!

Once again the True Compress compression socks proved to be comfortable to wear and a lot better than other compression socks when getting them onto your leg.

Still to tight for me after they were washed on cool wash

Very comfortable compression socks to wear; no digging into skin from tops of socks; very good leg length which is rare on most compression socks i have tried; good range of colours, looks like you are wearing ordinary socks instead of compression socks.

Order never arrived. ZERO response from customer service. I’m seriously disappointed.

The best socks I have ever worn....I've thrown everything else out

My husband has been using these socks for a few years and was really happy with them. However on opening the packet it would appear to have leg length some 2 inchs longer than previous socks. Will have to see if my husband is happy with the extra length.

Order is quick to be shipped but after the shipping is confirmed it seems to slow down

I ordered the cream socks but was sent black. When I complained, at first they refused to see there was a problem. After dozens of emails, they finally agreed to refund me and have me a UK address to return the incorrect socks to. They asked me provide email evidence that I had sent them by tracked post. I did all this, have never received the refund and now the email address is not working. Not at all satisfied with their service.

Trying to get a refund out of this company for goods returned is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Please think twice before you deal with them. They are corrupt.

I tried to get a refund and they made it almost impossible. Please do not use them. Their customer service support is a joke. I felt like I was emailing into a black hole. I sent them all the information they needed to give me a refund and they pretended not to have received anything. I’ve never felt so frustrated dealing with an online retailer. I’ve also never used Trustpilot before so this is how strongly I feel about warning other potential customers not to use this company.

I like the quality but I’m small and they are too long therefore the top of the sock digs into my leg just below the knee making them tight. I don’t wear loose trousers so the ridge shows under leggings or tighter trousers and it’s uncomfortable.

True Compress is excellent. Material soft even after many washes and still tight which helps a lot especially in flights. Very happy with it.

Delighted with the socks I find my feet swell after a long haul flight and I am unable to wear my shoes however using these socks I have solved the problem unlike others I have tried they are easy to put on and are still very effective at arresting the swelling

I have been wearing True Compress socks for over 4 weeks now I can honestly say the swelling in my legs has gone, also my varicose veins are reduced greatly.

The socks are well made comfortable to wear and after washing still keep their firmness.

Great product highly recommended.

Excellent so Comfortable true to size

Firstly, the product is excellent and does exactly as I’d hoped it would.

Sometime after continuous wear, a small hole appeared in one sock. Not only was the sock replaced immediately, a complete pack of three pairs was sent. Absolutely first class service.
