TRU-FI Ultra Tremolo

First of all I would like to say a few words about Teddy: it is evident how much passion this person expresses in what he is doing for the varied world of all of us guitarists!!! Even before thanking the seller for his availability in communication (considering how constantly busy he is!), I want to thank him precisely for being so pregnant with this healthy passion, and for being able to transmit it without any doubt!!!! Teddy really has .....the "Sacred Fire"!!!!........... The 'ultra tremolo' pedal finally arrived here in Italy (25 days after my purchase) and it's already on my pedalboard!! ! ....it's really wonderful, it's exactly what I wanted it to be, a real tremolo without unnecessary frills and, as far as I'm concerned, it's destined for the role of...."senator for life"!!!! Keep going, Teddy!!! Gianfranco

The pedal never arrived

The pedal never arrived. Customer Support is a joke!

The owner, Teddy, shows NO INTEREST in helping locate the package that has stopped moving.

Although all shipping companies reaffirm that only the shipper is responisble and able to raise an official investigation.

Don’t ever shop from Tru-Fi if shipping is involved!
