Worst company in the world. Outdoor heater burnt out due to poor housing letting in water, almost causing a fire. No warranty, no customer service, no refund, no replacement. They are cow boys, they take your money then don’t care. Products come from China and they don’t carry or issue spares. If you have read this then you would be a fool if you buy from them.

I ordered Trotec dehumidifier from this website on 17th of Dec. Next day it was shipped from Germany and I received the product here in Finland on 23th of Dec. Pretty impressive considering it was the beginning of holiday period. Overall very happy with the service.

I have to admit that I orderd before checking the reviews and I was really scared but product arrived in 5 days in perfect condition working. I sent also few e mails to custom service and they respond me as well (not in same day but in 2 days or so). I really don`t understend so much negative comments.

Please don't bother. Spare yourself the immense pain it is dealing with this company. Their product pictures are blatant lies. Their website doesn't easily offer the products you need to get your AC to even work!
The customer support takes over a week to reply in 'Google translatet' English and won't be helpful in any way, insultingly poor. I actively hate this company. A fan will do fine.

One star is too much!

I bought a very expensive air cooler. It broke down immediately after 2 hours of use. It took over 2 weeks to deliver it so they said that I can't cancel the order because 14 days limit has passed. They promised to take it back and give me a new one. It took 6 weeks. The problem is that the new one is broken too. I suspect it is my old one but I can't prove it. Their customer service person was swearing and he was very rude overall. They promised finally to take it back. Another 4 weeks later I got a new one (which is still probably the first broken one) and it didn't work!
Then they said they won't take it back again and I won't get my money back. They blamed me and said that I destroy the machine in purpose. At the same time I found that many other people have had same problems, their products are very bad. It is a huge scam, be careful! Their products are made in China and the quality is very bad! Their customer service is terrible.

Please do not order from this company. They say your items are in stock and take your money and you will not see your goods. They reply to emails when they want and their telephone number always has a ‘fault’. I wish I had read the reviews before being suckered by them. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

Order was months late, negotiated a compensation that they then refused to pay after we decided to return the product. Absolutely embarrassing service.

It's a scam. They take your money by credit card and never deliver, never reply to emails and never answer calls. The answering machine calls for 2 rings and always closes the call after that. I won't be surprised if they charge extra money for phone calls. We ordered a very expensive industrial air dehumydifier and they never replied or delivered.

Really bad experience. Service is useless if you ask them a question via email.
Don't bother to write them as they won't reply. I wanted to but over 30 Building- dryer and haven't received an email at all!!! This was 3 weeks ago! Really disappointing
What else can you expect from this store!!!!

A really bad company to deal with sent an item out in peices then would not honor the warrenty cuz i sent it bk later. failed to reply to emails. items are faulty and noisy. i even suggested i would fix it myself with intrustions but failed to provide any after agreeing to help with intructions. ZERO rating dnt buy just order from else where dnt bother with these lot.

I wouldn't even give one star. They deducted from my credit card for an air con unit that never came. Also its been over 6 weeks now and they wont reply to my emails and the account i set up and paid for the air con shows nothing in my account of theirs! They wont talk. This means they are happy to take payment but not deliver the goods or even respond. This is theft and so have told Barclaycard I want my money back from these crooks. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM TROTEC24.COM they don't care about repeat custom or reputation. I dont think they even intend on delivering anything I bought from their website. Criminal.

It is now the 7th October and still no delivery. Barclaycard were amazing and refunded me. DONT buy from this company.

Worst company ever. I have tried to canceled a order for 30 days now. I mailed, called, and they say I will get my money back. But they dont send the money back. I will call the police! Criminals!

Worst company ever. I strongly recommend that you NEVER EVER buy from this company. Tried to call, email and contact them with also with facebook they never answer. Lucky for me I used PayPal, they will give my money back soon. BTW if they send you anything DO NOT pick it up.

I completely agree with all comments bellow. I wish I checked this company on Trustpilot before I ordered something. I ordered an expensive AC and paid for it. After two weeks I got curious about my package, so I contacted them. After while they told me, that this AC is not in stock (even now they are showing them on their website as immediately available), so I requested my money back, so they told me, they would send me my money back. After a day I got e-mail saying that UPS is delivering my package from them (nobody knows what's inside) and was told to decline this package. It's week later and nothing happened. I don't have my money back, nor the product. This company is a SCAM or very, very INCOMPETENT. Never shop here!

Really bad service! Ride and arrogant to their costumers. No responses on call or emails! Requested my money back 7 days ago and still haven't heard from them or received anything!

I wish I had checked the company on Trustpilot before I ordered from them. I agree with all the other reviews on here, that this is either a scam company OR they are completely incompetent.
They have three methods of communication made available to the customer. A phone number. An email. And a Facebook page. I have tried all these. No answer on emails. Constant busy tone on the phone. And whoever answers their Facebook messages couldn't help me at all. Couldn't even refer me to another person who could help me. They should be ashamed.

You are so bad that you delete my posts, you are so afraid people will hear the real TRONIC24.com that you can not deliver that you are disaster on service management more your customers, do not respond to email or phone, your answer to me where I have 14 days of return, you would deliver according to the trunk numbers and when I call UPS, they say you have not even delivered in Germany, so you are extremely bad company, Cowardly that you take away my work instead of handle the case. so bad company. taken away from facebook so no one else can write his dissatisfaction

TroTec24 have not delivered my package as promised, and is not answering on ether E-mail or Phone. But the money has withdrawn from my card.
