inefficient, poor customer service- no transfer yet
Seven days after initiated my transfer, they have not acknowledge it. When asked -through chat since this is a ghost company, you will never see a phone number or interact with a person, they say it may take some days for the transfer to reach its destiny. Very inefficient, slow, poor customer service.

We regret very much your dissatisfaction, we have had some delays in the deliveries of transfers in the destination Cuba due to circumstances beyond our control, these delays are being informed to all the affected users and possible solutions are being offered. Our team works 24/7 in the communication channels open for interaction, among which telephone attention for any user is not included. It is really a pity the accusations that it makes without any foundation, our company is perfectly registered and you can consult them, as much in our site as in the national registry of companies of Spain. You can also check the European regulations to which we submit.
Terrible experience, awful website
The lack of customer service is very frustrating. Six days after I created an account and deposited money to transfer to family in Cuba, Tropipay has yet to answer any of my questions about why the website will not allow me to enter a transfer account number so that my family gets this money. Tropipay approved my account and took my deposit, but now I can't access it to transfer. My email pleas for assistance have been ignored. Very suspicious.

Hello Lorenzo. Our customer service has a maximum response time of 48 hours. If you have questions and want a quicker response, you have a page full of tutorials on how to do the transactions www.help.tropipay.com. With your name on it, there are no tickets or incidents open in the last two months, so we would like you to mention the ticket number you have been assigned and have not yet been attended to.
Honestly they have fake advertisement
Honestly they have fake advertisement, they charge their fees and they don't advertise that the amount received will be also taxed by Cuban banks so if you planning to send $100 to your family don't trust what tropipay says they will receive cause that amount would be taxed for a second time, if is any help, I paid $130 expecting my family to receive $103 per topipay advertisement, but my family received $97. $33 on fees, is a theft.

Arian, we are very sorry for your review, let you know that during the operation, you are warned about the variable exchange rates and possible extra costs at the destination, we do not know the rates that apply each account in each bank of which we sent funds, some have no extra costs, others charge up to 8% and this is warned from the beginning. These costs are common in many banks when they are international transfers.
