I would strongly advise against purchasing from Tropicana Wholesale. I started dropshipping with them, but they sent damaged and faulty products to my customer, who immediately returned them. I requested a refund on October 29, 2025, and since then, I’ve sent multiple emails. The few responses I received were unprofessional, with one simply stating that "Tropicana Wholesale has approached the concerned brand to justify it."

If Tropicana can’t manage the stock for that brand, why are they even selling those products? The service has been terrible, and now, since December 15, 2025, I haven’t heard back from them at all. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of resolution. No one stuck their money with them. After sale service is very very bad.

Service is great. Always get a nice few samples on my orders which is great for me and my business. The shipment comes quick and well packaged. When I signed up I received a call from a lady advising me she's here to to help and ifs there's something I cannot find give her a call and she's help me locate it.
