I love my Terrarium
I love my Terrarium. As a cat parent it’s ideal. Quick delivery. Everything packaged up so well. Step by step guide. Looks so great and easy to look after. Will be purchasing another one soon. Would definitely recommend.

Failed to deliver
Paid extra for named delivery day as it’s a birthday present with instructions to leave the parcel in the porch if no one is at home and they haven’t bothered to deliver it at all.

Your order was dispatched on time, but as we rely on third-party couriers for the final delivery—in this case, DPD—there can occasionally be unforeseen issues. According to the tracking details, the driver attempted delivery on Monday but may not have deemed the location safe to leave the parcel at that time. Fortunately, it was successfully delivered the following day and placed in your requested safe place.
We completely understand that this wasn’t the experience you expected, especially for a birthday gift, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. As a valued returning customer, your support means a lot to us. To make up for the inconvenience, we have already refunded the extra charge for the named delivery day.
