Perfect cacao pods

Ripeness of fruit
This is an annual treat for me. I was very disappointed when the red banana and chikoo were inedible as they were nowhere near ripe, and half the snakefruit were inedible due to being overripe.

Regarding the snake fruit, our order team selects fruits from both Indonesia and Thailand to offer our customers a diverse tasting experience. Each variety has its unique flavor profile and texture.

First time order
It's the first time trying Tropical box. Liked the fruits would been good to have been given the names of the fruits. Thought the juices were very sweet.

You’ve raised a great point about labelling. We usually include a fruit ID card or guide with each box, but it sounds like yours may have been missed, so sorry about that! As for the juices, they are naturally sweet due to the tropical fruits we use, but we’ll absolutely take your comment onboard as we keep refining our blends.

Mouldy fruit and bad service
Half of the fruit was mouldy when I received them a week after ordering and I messaged them about it saying I wanted either a part refund or a voucher but I was completely ignored so will never use this company again

I met Hayden and his company at Hackney Market as I was searching for Black owned vendors for a corporate event for Black History Month.
Hayden and his team were incredibly communicative every step of the way, they worked with our in house catering team to provide exotic fruit platters over the course of the month. They were also able to provide fruit juices amazing fruit decor for our Black owned farmers market.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Great customer experience all round.
