Troniccity.com reps were very nice during the sale of the camera, which has been a good camera. However, they sent me the UV filter that was too small. I called them about it and they said they would send me the correct size and I didn't need to return the smaller one. BUT this is when they used the opportunity to sell me the one year cleaning and adjustment warranty at $149.99 plus a free 16 GB memory card. Now these guys are out of business and I lost the $149.99. I contacted Canon and found out that they were not an authorized dealer. I don't know where they got their cameras and if I have an actual US warranty, which I will check on. I wonder what other rip-off business they are now in. But as we all know, no one who acts like this ever succeeds.

Jefferson was great when I called to place an order for a 5dsr on a Monday and received my package on Thursday. Quick and efficient and met all my needs. The prices were priced great, the warranties are priced great (don't know how well they work yet so we will see). Liked the company so much and Jefferson I called back today to order a 24-105mm Canon L series lens. Keep up the great work guys. I found my new place to purchase my camera equipment from so don't let me down as I'll be recommending you all to my fellow photographer colleagues.

Like most I can only say god things about this company I was really happy with the entire order process the only thing of an issue to me was requiring a signature at delivery.

After getting the run around from other companies I stumbled upon this site and boy am I glad I did. They where upfront with everything and got me the product within 3 days of ordering. If you are in the market for photography equipment don't waste your time shop at their site!

Hi my name is Annette Posante and I just want you to let you know what Phenomenal service I received with your company. My credit card kept being declined, I knew the money was in the account but everytime Kevin tried to run it through the transaction failed. I was soooo upset as I knew the money was available and because I was not able to get to my bank right away this caused further delay. Kevin called me back to see what I wanted to do, I told him I was at the Bank right then trying to get this resolved. Come behold my credit card was compromised by previous store and the banks fraud department placed a hold on the account. Kevin was so patient while the agent at the bank provided me with a new card, he even stayed overtime to make sure that the card ran through so that he could process the transaction. Thank you Kevin for your patience and endurance your customer service is AMAZING!!! Can't wait to get my camera!

Wanted to thank the amazing staff at Troniccity. They were able to assist me with the products I needed. Needed my order at least a week before school started as I wanted to take my own 1st day portraits of my kids. Being a mom of 4, I needed to stay within a certain budget and my sales rep was able to make that happen. Needless to say my experience from beginning to end was amazing. I tried to order from another company who kept telling me my order shipped and I finally just cancelled. Troniccity was able to give me my tracking # within 48 hours of ordering. I can't thank you guys enough as my ease of ordering and tracking was much quicker than I ever thought! Once received I wasn't too sure about a few setting and John was able to stay on the phone with me to make sure I set up the equipment for the correct lighting! Thank you so much as I will be definitely coming back here to order my electronics for the holiday season!
