We recently purchased our first property using Sam Clark.
We knew nothing about mortgages or about insurance but this didn't matter as Sam provided excellent advice with detailed explanations of the options for us. On top of this Sam was highly responsive. By far the quickest of all those involved to respond to calls, texts or email from myself. This is important trait because there are plenty of documents to get through.
On top of all of this Sam was able to save me £300 a month on my mortgage meaning from start to finish Sam did most of the heavy lifting whilst saving me money.

Dealt with a lady called Roisin had A wonderful experience from start to finish. I explained what I wanted and how much I could afford and she found the right insurance for my needs. I am very happy with the service I got from TRM for my re-mortgage. I found a new lender for 1% less than my previous deal.
Although the process was very protracted, mainly because of the solicitors the lender uses, Roisin was very helpful. She returned my calls promptly and chased things up for me.
