Written by the company

Triumph Property management is defined as the operation, control and oversight of real estate as used in its most broad terms. The term “management” shows a need to be monitored, cared for and accountability given and in this sense, the management is of real property. One of the most used applications of property management in the United States is the creation of companies that manage other people’s rental properties for them. From just one or two rental homes that an investor may own to mega-complexes consisting of hundreds of apartments, commercial, management companies handle all the details of these rentals for their owners.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. I deposit RRSP fund. They are not returning my half the amount and not even giving me the explanation. Almost a year asking for money and explanation. But not even returning the call.
Please people dont get RRSP from them. Even don't buy any kind of insurance. Save money yourself. Almost 30 year doing investment always loose.
Special this company. Never recommended not even with your broker.

BEWARE

BEWARE, if I can give this company a zero star I would. I generally don't like to write reviews and am very careful as I do not like to hurt anyone's financial gains, however, feel that Landlords and tenants must beware of this management company. My father hired this company to find a tenant to his beautiful house in Las Vegas, Nevada. Triumph prepared the contract and all the move -in inventories and etc.. Unfortunately, my father passed and I was left to fill in the pieces. I contacted triumph when the tenant informed me that he will be moving out in late July, Kami who is the owner informed me that he would be responsible for all the move-out inspection and inventory and such, and not to worry about a thing. I revealed to him that I am interested in him finding a new tenant only. He said no problem. In the ladder, I received an email asking me to sign a contract and I responded that I only want them to find a new tenant and not manage the property, They stated they understood and this was for the sole purpose of the move-out and finding a new tenant. I was overseas and upon my return contacted kami in regard to the move-out inventory list and damages. He stated " you never received them? " I replied "NO," he told me they will be done right away, Till today I have not received the inventory or breakdown of damages. I later receive a bill from triumph property management for over a thousand dollars, when I call to see what the charges are about, Kami doesn't want to talk to me, until I make payment, I responded with an email and text that I need a breakdown of the charges. he states one for electricity and water, I asked for the bill and he refused to supply me with the bill, which I was more than willing to pay for utilities however there were other added charges for plumbing, when my husband was at the property and turned off the water, when I wrote him that his response is " your a doctor, you can afford to pay" I told him that work he is charging was never done because the water was turned off, and secondly I am not a doctor but a nurse practitioner. and I received an estimate from his company for this but responded that i do not AUTHORIZE THIS WORK OR DID NOT HIRE YOU TO DO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUT HELP ME FIND A TENANT SINCE I AM NOT LOCAL. this COMPANY CHARGES UNNECESSARY CHARGES AND THEN CHARGED ME A EARLY TERMINATION FEE, FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW, IN MY EYES it's A SCAM AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. KAMI HIMSELF REVEALED TO ME THAT HE HAS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES THAT DID NOT DO THE WORK THEY PROMISED WHEN MY TENANT LEFT.

I have had the pleasure of working with…

I have had the pleasure of working with Loni since day one. She made the leasing process as easy as it could be. Triumph has addressed all of my concerns regarding maintenance right away. I would give this management company 10 stars if I could!
