Great bike disappointing service
Ordered a mountain bike on the website. No updates, had to chase everything up to see what was going on. Arrived 3 weeks later. Very happy with the bike so giving a generous score of 3. Just be honest with delivery timescales and try to improve customer service such as replying to emails and I think you could do better.

5 Stars ***** for Triton!
Needed a couple of new light brackets for a bike build. Triton had everything in stock at the best price too.
Ordered easily, despatch notification 2 hours after purchasing and next day delivery. Can't ask for more than that....brilliant once again ***** 5 stars for Triton.

Waiting weeks for order, still not dispatched
Waiting over 3 weeks for a simple order of some parts. No response after emailing, spoke to someone who said they would be in touch and no response over a week later. Very frustrating lack of customer service.

Slow delivery.........
I ordered some parts that were in stock on a Tuesday, called Friday for an ETA, told they'd be dispatched Monday. It's now Wednesday the next week and still not sent out. Website states 3-5 days from ordering to delivery, but it takes over a week to think about posting items in stock... No apologies when enquiring. Not great.
