Very efficient service

Very efficient service from day one. However, we received a car seat with a faulty leg, which was not problematic because with the Isofix system.

The item was unusable as it smelt…

The item was unusable as it smelt really strongly and awfully of body odour. I was not willing to to put my child in it to sleep so we had to come back from our trip early. I reached out via email and web chat to rectify this issue and have been ignored.

I payed and I did't receive the…

I payed and I did't receive the stroller due to vector issues. They canceled the delivery for 2 consecurive days saying that the was no one (reception h24). I wrote several mails to require a refund but I did't receive any answer.

Just great!

Great Customer Service from the beginning till the very last minute.

The car seats were delivered and picked up, which made it all much easier.
I would definitely recommend it and use it again.

Good process for ordering, delivery and return

The process worked well for ordering and delivery - a child car seat in good condition was delivered as promised. It would have been helpful to have a user manual or web link to one - neither was provided. The process for returning the car seat worked well - as instructed, I packed it in the large box it was delivered in and took it to a local DPD pick up point, a local post office. My only concern was that the box had been used several times and was in danger of falling apart.

Ordered a travel pram for my holiday

Ordered a travel pram for my holiday. I ordered it for the Friday, for an early departure on Monday morning. The pram didn’t arrive on Friday or Saturday and when I contacted Trip Tots for an update or some help with the matter, I had zero response, until the Monday when I was already on holidays. They have offered me a full refund and collected the pram.

I had previously used this company and the product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. However, this left me without a travel pram for my 2 year old.
