Unacceptable service!

1. They sold me a 'cancellation insurance', which actually didn't cover cancellation.
2. I had to send 5 emails to initiate cancellation!
3. They gave me misleading and changing instructions, after that they accused me of wrong actions!
4. They promised to return around 20% of money I paid and to do that in 60 days. After almost 3 months NO money returned!

We are very sorry for the delay. As our customer service has already informed you, unfortunately the specific Air Company didn’t approve full money refund for the case of “cancellation due to visa rejection”.

Regarding the cancellation insurance, we would like to inform that as it was mentioned in the according terms “Cancellation Insurance covers cancellation fees up to 10.000 € in case of cancellation of the travel because of illness or death of the insured or of a member of his family”.
Concerning the delay of cancellation, we would like to inform you that our agents do not have the right to proceed with the cancellation without the written agreement of the client with the according terms. Since you had additional questions and did not provide us with clear answer concerning your agreement with the cancellation rules, our agents had to resend you the confirmation of cancellation.

Please be informed that on November 15th we had finally received money from the Air Company and we have successfully refunded them to your bank account.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Everything is very good!

Everything was perfect from the very begining (lookng for the flights) and to the end (getting explanations dealing with the flights and tickets).

Much better than i thought it would be =)

Im from Russia and i used Tripsta for the first time and was a little afraid, cuz it is not Russian company and i bought 6 tickets for my family. Tripstas tickets were the cheapest - so i decided to buy them. But everything was just fine and i really enjoyed or Moscow-Milas trip with the connection in Istanbul and back.

It was not finished in proper way.

The service was good, I have some phone calls about changing a schedule. But I did not receive final tickets with number of reservation. The exchanged tickets were not cancelled. I spent an hour to solve it.

Flights Cancelled

Our flights were cancelled just 2 weeks before the departure date, and replaced with additional 5-hour lay-overs in Europe. Not the best traveling experience, that's for sure!

no garanted place on fligt

when i come to fligt officer table he said me that can't find me in the list of passangers. on my fligt back it was not garanted place for me, i was noticed at airport that i will flight just of free places will be available. it is unaccepteble for the air services company!!!!
