converts all my images pefectly into a 3d printable file. would not use any other app.

I feel this could be a reliable service for the gaming and animation starters, with time the people will learn to improve so it could be a good starting program.

Very high quality models, just a bit expensive

I would give 5 stars as their AI model is by far the very best out there.
BUT what you pay gives you credits that you HAVE to use. If you don't use them, then you lose them. I paid twice, generated a few models, when I came back later I had the basic free credits and no more way to export my own meshes... without paying again.
So basically you pay, you don't use their GPUs, you cost them nothing, but still they suck your bucks and credits are resetted every month.
That's a freakin' rip off.
On top of that, NO WAY to pay for just a month. Nah: you pay per year.
Worse customer service you can dream of. These people are talented. But thieves.

I love the 3D generation! It works amazingly and really brings my ideas to life! It has excellent quality and doesn't slow my computer down like other sites.

I tried out turning an image to 3D, it worked perfectly for me, and it maintains quality of the image. I also loved different file formats to withdraw.

Title: System bug ignores active Stripe subscription—Useless supportDo not waste your money here. Tripo3D took my payment for 300 credits but won't let me download or export any of my models. Their system claims I am not a subscriber, which is completely incorrect.I have the official Stripe billing portal screenshot proving my cancellation request was reversed. The portal explicitly states my Professional Plan “will no longer be canceled, it will renew on May 10, 2026.”On top of this billing bug, a batch of 20 models I submitted for the "Feature My Model" homepage section completely disappeared. Their support team ignores email threads, repeatedly asks for the same details, and sends automated 7-day delay templates. Avoid this platform.
Also, on their site it says leave a five-star review get 300 credits. You leave the review they give you 300 credits you make a model, you can't download it or export it unless you're a subscriber but they got your five star review. Even though you're screwed without a subscription. Therefore most of the five-star reviews are fake. They're just to get credits that don't amount to anything without a subscription. This is bait and switch 101. Now Granite the service that it provides is great but the customer support they provide is horrid. Choose Wisely.

Very Easy to create perfect 3D model from image!

The new feature was amazing did a clean topology of what I needed though I didn't like how I couldn't download without subscription I feel there should be a per assets cost like the AI images do on Replicate or Hugging Face Huge earnings potential! Overall very clean compared to the last models! Amazing work!

Haven't been disappointed the quality that comes out my character is beautiful sometime it has its moments but nothing is perfect you just need to keep trying till you get what you are looking for

Trio3D.ai has completely streamlined my workflow while also producing high-quality 3D models. As someone that use to do this by hand, I now have the ability to spend time on other important matters.
