Pathetic support
I planned a trip from Amsterdam to Bangalore in Oct 2020 and just the day before the flight was cancelled by the airlines. The airlines were ready to refund the money because it was cancelled by them, however Tripair hasn't refunded my money until today. It is already 9 months for this incident but Tripair has always asked me to just wait without any ETA until they refund. The number mentioned in their website never works and nobody answers the call.
Their email response is so poor that they do not mentioned the status or any timelines around refunding my money back. It has been a pathetic experience with Tripair so far
They're quick and efficient
I don't really get all those negative reviews. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this tour operator.
The first time I've booked a flight for some of my family members the booking couldn't be confirmed and therefore was canceled the next day. Sure I was disappointed, however I must note that I've received the refund on my credit card the very same day!
The second time I've booked the same flights as before, everything worked properly. The return flight got canceled however Tripair has swiftly offered us another flight. I'm very satisfied.

To all the customers who are still waiting for their refund. I already got my refund after 1 year and 4 months. I know how hard to wait and dont get enough response when we tried to reach them but believe me, its in the airline not with tripair. During a normal situation refunds takes time to from the airline and how about now when the situation is very hard because of the pandemic. I understand too that you need your money right away but for now we need patience. I have a family members and quite a lot of friend working in the airline industry specifically in reservations and they are all slowly refunding customers (literally slowly).
Tripair is in this industry since maybe before you were born ✌️ It is a member of IATA amd HATTA and GNTO (search it so you will undertand) it is legit and not a scam. To all of you hope this can calm you down and make you have more patience. We will go through all of this together. Keep safe everyone.
They don't help
I bought a ticket before the pandemic is started but the flight is canceled by the airline because of the pandemic. The airline made our tickets open to using later on but Tripair got a refund from the airline without informing us. I contacted Tripair several times, they asked for a service fee + fare fee for each ticket OR If I ask for a refund, they also give cut the full price. It is unfair because the airline is canceled the tickets even I dealt it with the airline but Tripair suffered me. Don't use the company, they just suffer you!
Received money back quickly
I tried to purchase a flight ticket via Tripair but the booking was not succesfull. The amount was taken from my bank account but received no confirmation mail. I tried to call them but the english number definitely does not work. Also, i tried to call the company which owns Tripair in Greece, but they also did not respond.
I sent them a message to Facebook and they responded in some 30min! Also, i received a reply to my mail. At the end i received my money back very quickly.
As conclusion, it was difficult to get in touch with them, but at the end my problem was resolved quickly.
Never book via Tripair
Never book via Tripair! You will regret. Flights were cancelled in June 2020, airline has fully refunded (~500eur). Now it's more than a year and Tripair is not returning my money. Wrote dozen of mails, always the same answers like 'we are working on it'. Mails don't work anymore, will need finding other ways.
Received the refund after all
Quite unexpectedly I have received the refund today on my credit card. More than a year after my flight got cancelled. I have surely sent at least 10 email inquiring about the status. They have kept 35€ as a fee despite the airline refunding them the whole amount. I would not book again with them though. My impression was that they would have kept the whole amount if I hadn’t chased them regularly.

Send a strong mail ..tell them that you are gonna file a case with police & consumer court. This worked for me...
They'll take your money and never answer back. Stay away from them
They sold me two tickets but sent me the receipt for one only. When I realized it, they claimed the second ticket was a gift and therefore couldn't be refunded. I asked for a more convincing explanation and... they stopped responding. How a company like this can still be in business? It's a mistery to me.

Their strategy is always the same.
You get a cancellation of the flight, a refund is approved, tripair claims the refund from the airline but never passed the refund to the passenger.
Crazy... someone will end up in jail very soon.
Your best chance is to try in getting the money back via your credit card company.
CASE #32641089 REPLY TO MY EMAILS!!
I opened a refund case with Tripair like 6 months ago, they did not do anything during loooong time, but 3 days before the departure date, the airline refunded the ticket to Tripair - I got that confirmation by Swiss Airlines on the 18th June. Since then I am chasing Tripair to have my money refunded, but they do not pick up the phone, they do not reply to emails... what else !!!
PLEASE RESPOND AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!
Customer Service NON EXISTANT - waiting refund for 15 months
I have been awaiting a refund since March 2020 and all I receive, every 4 months or so is a message to say the case is being reviewed. Can't get anyone on the phone and have followed up on email constantly with no resolution. STAY AWAY, do not use this company to book flights.
** UPDATE - On the 6th of July I received an email from Tripair saying they were going to process my refund. No information of date or amount, which I queried by return but no answer was provided.
The amount of 82 EUROS was transferred to my account on the 21st of July, however I paid 334 EUROS for the tickets in question. No explanation, no further contact. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I have contacted them again, asking for the balance of my money.

I have booked flights via this site. These flight were shown and booked as KLM code share flights.
To my surprise, tickets were issued with iata prefix 657 (as BT flights BT610 and BT609) on BT ticket stock and not KLM (074), which is not according to the choice I made.
If I wanted Air Baltic tickets I would have booked that for an even lower price ( 195 eur vs 231 eur) than what you charged me for supposedly KLM tickets.
That you show to sell KLM tickets but really sell Air Baltic tickets is customer deception and according to Dutch consumer law forbidden!

No Telephone to contact, numbers are not in service only replying on email and i think it's bot who reply and no specific date when they will refund.
Even i asked them to use that refund to book me another flight but they reply generically and not logic answer where i assured that is bot who replying on me.
Worst agency and i will not ever use it again and not recommend it for anyone.

Do not use Tripair - Avoid at all costs
Do not trust TripAir and avoid them at all costs. When attempting to change flights or obtain a refund they will not answer your emails for weeks at a time and try and avoid refunding you for as long as possible. I can't believe they are on SkyScanner.net as they are not professional in the slightest. I eventually managed to get my refund for flights, I cancelled due to covid-19 reasons, but only because my credit card company got involved. This company is a fraud. Avoid at all costs.
