Very bad
They gave me an old car that wasn’t
accelerate. All the cars behind me were beeping. Bad experience. I don’t know how they are allowed to rent a car in that condition. Even in Africa they have better cars. Is this an European country ? Pfff
They told me that car was a third party rented as they had no car left, that’s a bullshi upgrade. Do you want me to explain you what’s an upgrade ?! That car had the engine failure light on board I have the photo. I was in danger as the car wasn’t accelerate when I had to over take an obstacle and the cars were coming from the opposite side. They would not be able to replace the car as long as they gave me a car that was sub rented from a third company. Honestly an upgrade would have been a car free of charge if they want to have customers in the future. Saying was an upgrade makes me more angry and offended.

Due to a very high-demand period, we made the mistake of sourcing a vehicle from a third-party company. While we tried to present it as an “upgrade,” we now understand how inappropriate that was, especially given the car’s poor condition and engine warning issues.

Romanian version of the answer: Îți mulțumim pentru feedback-ul sincer. Ne pare foarte rău pentru experiența avută – nu a fost deloc la nivelul standardelor pe care ne dorim să le oferim. Ai dreptate: mașina primită nu a fost acceptabilă și situația a fost frustrantă!
Datorită unei perioade cu cerere foarte mare, am făcut greșeala de a solicita un vehicul de la o companie terță. Deși l-am oferit ca pe un „upgrade”, acum înțelegem cât de nepotrivit a fost, având în vedere starea proastă a mașinii.
Am învățat din această experiență și am decis să nu mai apelăm la furnizori terți care nu respectă standardele noastre de calitate. Ne asumăm întreaga responsabilitate și feedback-ul tău a fost esențial pentru a ne îmbunătăți alegerile.
Ne pare rău pentru disconfortul creat și sperăm să îți putem recâștiga încrederea, în viitor.
