BIG SCAMMER TRIP.COM. Don't ever book thru Trip.com. Airlines allow passengers to cancel or change date due to unforeseen circumstances virus outbreaks. But Trip.com does not allow me to do so.Really regret booking thru Trip.com. Anyway lesson learned. Will book thru airlines directly. As fare is just the same and has so much better service .
