Premium not working - No response for months!

I tried to pay for the Connect plan. It didn't work. I've been sending emails through their 'Contact' page for more than 6 months now, but there is no response. I think the developers have just given up on this project. Very disappointing, as I was excited to use this as a teacher with my students.

I tried to sign up for Code+

I tried to sign up for Code+, gave my credit card info twice, which showed "success". My account stayed on the free version and no one is replying to my messages to Support.

Our free version of Python relies on an open source project called Skulpt. The contributors to Skulpt do their very best to implement all features of Python but it is a big challenge. You can find out more and support the efforts at https://skulpt.org.

Our Python3 trinket runs code on a server using actual python and does not have these same types of issues.

Python 3 doesn't save and when I accidentally exited the tab and went back everything was gone. It doesn't even ask you if you are sure you want to exit.

Sorry to hear about your experience with trinket.io. Saving a Python 3 trinket does require a Code+ or Connect license. When creating or editing a trinket from within your library, you will be prompted about saving when leaving the page or tab. Our support team is always available to help with these issues!

Don't Waste Your Time!

This Is Absolutely Terrible! Nothing Works! For Example, If I Name my Turtle Asa, I do the pensize, and I do
asa.forward(100)
it gives me a red! Terrible! You Might as well download python from the actual website

So sorry you had a bad experience with the Trinket python editor. Here's a link to an example that shows the basics mentioned in your review: https://trinket.io/python/cae23f0c16

I hope this helps and of course you can always reach out to us for additional help.
