Limited usefulness without a working Word add‑in
I’m experiencing a major issue with the Word add‑in. At the moment it does not work, and it is the only feature that is truly useful for daily use. Having to upload the Word file to the platform each time and then receive a ‘black box’ proofreading result, without direct interaction inside the document, is highly unproductive and slows down the workflow. Restoring and optimising the Word add‑in is essential for using Trinka effectively.
