zero customer service

I can't get hold of anyone either by phone or email. I have left messages. My order hasn't arrived. UPS are showing no updates and I am currently more than £500 out of pocket. Has Trilogy gone bust?

Absolutely no customer service response

I’m at a complete loss. They said if you want to return you email customer service for a UPS label. I’ve emailed 4 times, phoned the contact number and left messages, contacted on instagram, contacted using the online form and still absolutely no acknowledgment from them. They have a 14 day return period but no one is responding so not sure what to do.
Please do NOT order online, this is just not worth it.

Paige Jeans

2 working days after purchasing my order I still had no indication as to when it was going to be shipped. Had to call and email to ascertain that the jeans I’d ordered were still trying to be located (?!) . However, by the 4th day they had been ‘found’ and shipped and in the end arrived very speedily. My beef would be the absence of communication not with the product itself.

10 days and no update on sending the…

10 days and no update on sending the item. Called and was told would be sent yesterday. Nothing. Called again a couple of times and left voicemails. Still no communication. Called again. No one seemed to know about the order. After several calls was told the item has been lost and I would be refunded. Shocking service - both the error and the fact that it was left to me to keep chasing. Our local store is great. Shame about the online service.
