Disappointing Experience with Trillium Financial Broker
I had a very disappointing experience with Trillium Financial Broker. Initially, a marketing executive contacted me and promised a second income through trading. I invested $11,000 USD, and for the first couple of days, I did see some profits—my balance rose to around $12,000. However, in the following days, I faced significant losses. On one day, I lost $6,000 and then another $5,000, leaving me with a total loss of around $11,500 to $11,700.

What’s more frustrating is that after these losses, the trade specialist, Mr. Aditya, stopped responding to my messages and calls. There was no follow-up or support, which left me feeling abandoned and frustrated. I would not recommend Trillium Financial Broker to anyone, as they proved to be irresponsible and unreliable.

I opened an account, replenished it from a crypto wallet, but the money has not been credited to the account for 4 days!!!! I wrote to the support service, no answer!!!! Maybe the representative will figure it out through my review!!!

MT5 works well but I wish Trillium’s support team was available 24/7 instead of limited hours.

Withdrawal issue.
Iam facing big time issue with the withdrawal and no one is coming out to help. I have tried many options but no one is responding. They are not replying to my request or any emails.

The platform works okay but I’ve experienced occasional lag during peak trading hours. Still usable, just not perfect.

I'm not able to receive the OTP sent by Trillium to my registered Gmail, and Google's reply is that the glitch is at Trillium's end.

Gmail may block messages from external senders if they do not comply with their guidelines - Check with the sending domain about any such issues they are aware of. If this is happening with Gmail users, chances are you will not be the only one affected. ))

I’ve sent many messages/emails to Trillium but I haven’t received any reply yet. I have also requested trem to change the registered email from my Gmail to my hotmail account, but i was informed that it was impossible to change it.

I really don't understand how the Trillium is not flixable on editing/changing customer's details?! What will happen if a customer looses their access to their email address? the profit will not be accessable by the account owner?
