Vijay and team were very accommodating on some size and design changes to a beautiful sapphire and diamond band, which was a Xmas gift from my husband. We finally got it done, and I love it!

Recently purchased two wedding bands and we are very happy with them. The communication and turnaround was quick, the entire process was easy and the quality is great, we will buy from here again.

Personal attention and help with design of wedding rings

I have not received my purchase yet but let me tell you vijaj is completely on top of his game calls , texts and is very involved. I never write a review before hand but the experience so far is absolutely wonderful.

Overall a very good experience because of the owners customer service. He is willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you want. The only problem I had, is the color of the gemstones are not as they appear in the online photos. *Ask for photos of the stones before you wait to find out when your ring arrives. Doing so will save a lot of time.
Other than that. Great service. Great communication and nice quality.

The sweetest man ever and put in extra time and care to make sure a new design was tested and strong and perfect before sending. Kept me up to date as he custom made my ring and absolutely killed it on the design. Most gorgeous ring I have ever laid eyes on and a better price than jewelry district in Los Angeles. These diamonds are no joke and this craftsmanship is amazing 🥰. Thank you so much!!!

Wanted a beautiful ring — at a great price. Searched customer reviews — took a chance that my experience would be as good as those who gave favorable feedback. Nice selection. Easy placement of order. Timely delivery. Beautiful packaging. Received receipt and Certificate of Authenticity for insurance purposes. Ring is exactly as described and pictured. It is a unique design and has proven to be eye-catching. I am a happy customer.

This company is honesty a joke. I had a eternity band that I didn't even wear everyday lose a diamond. No big deal, it happens. They replaced it for a fee. We asked them to tighten the prongs to prevent it happening again. They assured us that they inspected and tightened the ring. Within four months, another diamond fell out. We reached out to ask them what had happened and what they could do since they last worked on my ring just few months prior. They explained that their "paper thin" limited warranty still required me to pay. After explaining its ridiculous that it's only been worn a few times since them "tightening it" and another diamond fell out, their suggestion was "maybe we make another ring with more prongs." For A FEE. But why didn't they use the proper amount of prongs to begin with? Why is that my fault? Clearly this company uses cheap materials. I would be cautious if you are considering this company.

Hi Vijay! Thanks for responding to my review! We both know my ring was in great condition (aside from the bad quality prongs) When I sent it out four months ago, I trusted you to repair the missing diamond (which you did for a fee) and you assured me you would tighten the rest of the prongs. The negative review came from the fact that another jewel fell out four months after with very minimal ware. It also came from the very rude responses you sent to me via email. It was very unprofessional. If anyone would like to see a photo of my ring because it is in great condition (except for the diamond prongs being made horribly) please feel free to email me. At this point I am not asking for anything except for you to do better for anyone trusting you with rings.

Extremely well made. Stones are bright. Aquamarine is soft and gentle but accents the diamonds. Shipped well and on time.

I was happy with my order. My fiance loved the bracelet. It was 3.2 carat lab diamond (Leslie).

Vijay helped me to get it as 6.5 inches length and he was very responsive and communicative.

I was looking for a wedding ring since I lost mine about 5 years ago. Trijewels caught my eye with a ring that had a Celtic knot design. I ordered it and even though it was a beautiful ring, it was not what I had in mind. No problem. ViJay was most acommodating. We worked together to modify the design to something slightly wider. I returned the other ring and I have to say the new one is fantastic! In a world of overpriced and average quality retail jewelry - TriJewels is a rare find.

Buying jewelry online is difficult and stressful not being able to see something in person and knowing for sure exactly what you are getting. I researched for months before making my purchase. ViJay was amazing at helping me to create a customized stackable 3/4 alexandrite and LG diamond eternity ring w/ lots of sentimental meaning to it that will be worn w/ my E-ring eventually. He answered tons of questions and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. He eased my stress and reassured me that he would make it perfect! To be honest I was still worried up until I had my new ring in hand! The final outcome is incredible! Beyond words gorgeous and all that I could have hoped for. I will be getting a second one to match it soon and can’t wait to be able to wear them! I absolutely love it and can't stop going back and opening the box and just staring at it and already counting the days until I am able to purchase the second one to match and officially able to put them both on. Oh and also his packaging/ring box etc is top notch as well! The overall experience has made an upcoming special moment in our lives even more special. I recently ordered a diamond tennis bracelet channel setting 3ct from TriJewels and was extremely pleased with the quality of the bracelet and service/delivery provided.
