Went to pick up bottle i ordered it took them 45 minutes to make my order ready. This happened second time. Talk to warehouse manager Justin have all kind of excuses and was telling me it was not warehouse fault. Please do not go there to pick up your order. Very disappointing. Been customer since last 15 years never happened before. Very very disappointing.

The purchase was seamless, we ordered 2 different sized glass bottles. The pallets were intact when they showed up with no broken bottles.

Product was as it is described, costs were very competitive, but shipping costs were horrible, it brought the cost of the product up so high it was Almost a deal breaker. I found it was more cost effective to order smaller orders more often.

It took me a little bit of finesse to find exactly what I was looking for. I called it one thing, they had it listed as something else. However, the pricing, quality, and speed of shipping negated the little bit of frustration on trying to find it. The really awesome part is how well it was packaged. I ordered a couple hundred glass items and NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS DAMAGED. They WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I BUY MY JARS AND BOTTLES FROM NOW.

I received my 4 gallon bottles from TricorBraun promptly, well packed and without damage. Thrilled to have these reasonably-priced bottles now that the local Whole Foods has a high PH water dispenser in bulk. No more drinking water in plastic!
