If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Communication was abysmal. Made my roommate wait at our property for nearly 2hrs to show up. Then called and asked to reschedule bond clean for the next day after already at the property. Proceeded to have a doctors appointment and not complete work till 7.30pm. When needing to rectify some things again communication was like pulling teeth. In the end I went back to the property to complete work myself as the day before they couldn't do it due to "car issues" and as I wanted my bond back and couldn't afford to risk them not showing up i just did it myself. To anyone thinking of using this business all I can say is, Run!!
