We found a framed print that we loved at the Ginza Tsutaya Book Store in Tokyo but did not want to drag around a large item during our vacation. Back home in the US, we found the similar print on Ticera Art website and purchased it. The print arrived in 2 1/2 weeks later perfectly packaged and in pristine condition.

Beautiful art! Exceeded expectations. Arrived safely with careful packing/shipping. Arrived earlier than expected. Artist wrote sweet note on envelope with certificate of authenticity and also added a lovely on front of envelope. Another friend and I got this piece of art for a friend who lost her father. It was the perfect piece. 🩷

The two painting I bought from you were both exactly what I was expecting. Good condition and we’re wrapped safely.
I also appreciated the timely announcements of the delivery schedule. Because of the proper announcements I could have a good sense of when the works will arrive.

My only claim would be about how the photos displayed for the works. It would be great if the photos include more of those that are easy to figure out the size better.
