Bought my Fusion TriSuit and Zone3 Wetsuit at Athlete Sports World and couldn't have wished for anything better. Excellent service in the shop and great recommendations with knowledgeable people that know all about the sport.

Product was not in stock so I asjes when it was going to be delivered and it was not ai that answered.

Got great advice and help in fitting my first wetsuit. How to put it on, how to know how it fits and how to use it with care in a race. We spent quite some time during lunch time, which was no problem for the employee, eager to help!

I received my wetsuit quickly, and when I noticed a small tear, the customer service team was very helpful. They worked with me to find a solution that matched what I had in mind. They even sent clear instructions, including the right glue, so I could fix it myself. Great service!

I wanted to purchase LARQ FILTERED BOTTLE 500 ml. There was one left in the shop, the prize was not on the bottle, and when I asked how much it is I got an answer : 35 EURO. I asked how does the bottle work. The answer I got was: the filter has to be now and then changed, it is a physical filter that costs ca. 80 euro.

I decided to buy the bottle. It turned out that the filter was not in this bottle inside - the sales person assumed that the filter was stolen/taken out. She offered me a deal: 20% discount on the bottle and I had to buy the Filter extra, which was not 80 euro but just 15 euro.
I agreed on that deal, but then: the original prize of the bottle turned to be 45 euro – the total prize with needed filter became 51 Euro. I was very confused and couldn't think clearly anymore, so I just took all that to not make it more awkward, payed and went out. At Home I discovered, that the bottle had a straw inside that was too long to place the filter on it. I was researching LARQ bottle types online then, and I am sudden now, that the bottle was originally NOT the one with filter, but the LARQ Bottle Flip Top only, and that one was listed on athletesportsworld.com webpage for 35 Euro.
I realized the sales person had no idea about this product, and was selling me actually the LARQ Bottle Flip Top for the prize of LARQ FILTERED BOTTLE (45 Euro instead of 35 Euro). Additionally I had to buy a sett of straws (that I don't need) and a Filter for 15 Euro. Total: 60 Euro. And yes, because the bottle was the last one on display, I got 9 euro discount. But the discount wasn't made because I got an incomplete Product additionally ...

Unfortunately I am living abroad, returning the items was not an option. And I am confused to this day and don't really enjoy the purchase experience.

I purchased a watch from them, where they stated they would send the item within 2-4 days. The watch was a birthday present. 8 days have passed and they didn’t send the watch nor send me any communications explaining why the delay or apologising in any way. Absolutely not reliable! Very disappointed. If you can’t deliver within a timeframe the least you do is communicate and manage expectations with your clients. UPDATE: they sent the item a few days after the review, all in good order. The only thing I would say is take a longer delivery time in consideration. And I would advise them to clearly communicate delays with the customers to avoid issues.
