I purchased 3 bikinis, 1 for myself and 2 as gifts for family. On arriving at my holiday destination I popped my bikini on which was a crochet style and thought it seemed a little scratchy and rigid at first. I thought it might relax as the day went on but after 2hrs enduring the discomfort of the bikini, I had to go and take it off! It was so uncomfortable! I then messaged the family members I gifted the other bikinis to who were also on holiday at the time and both of them said they also had found the bikinis, ill fitting and uncomfortable. When I contacted the customer care team they responded with - we are so sorry you don’t like the bikinis, thanks for contacting us - not quite the response i was after! I then said, I’d like to return them and get a refund (£350) to which they replied - you would have worn them so no (basically). Just shocking response given my dissatisfaction with its the product. I will never buy these bikinis again, they are a completed ripoff and very poor quality and a terribly bad fit. Dreadful on every level! (Ps: I am 5’4 and 50kg, not a case of trying to squeeze into the product)

I purchased items through the website that ended up not being available. 18 days later and no shipping details or items have been received.
The communication from Triangl is jumbled, with misleading statements that don't eventuate in anything arriving.
They obviously didn't have the stock and rather than have the items marked as unavailable they pushed customers into pre-orders which is manipulative and likely a breach of fair trading rules.

I love Triangle and their desighns are so cute! However they fade so quickly. I a swimsuit that was dark green and by the end of summer it faded so much, I made sure before I wore the swimsuit to soak it so it wouldnt fade however the quality is too cheap that it faded any ways. They also stretch out super easily, one of my swimsuits lasted only one summer and by the end strecthed out 2 sizes bigger. They are over priced considering how bad the quality is.

Triangl took payment for an item that was not in stock, failed to fulfil the order for six days, and did not contact me to explain why. The chatbot provided misleading information about return windows, emails were ignored, and there is no phone number to call. Customers cannot follow up, escalate, or get answers. All power sits with the company.
I had similar issues years ago at their Bondi store. Now that they’ve moved offshore, the experience is even worse because you're dealing with chatbots, AI-generated replies, and zero genuine service.
Triangl is a hollow company with no accountability, no integrity, and no respect for its customers. Do not buy from this company if you have a time-sensitive deadline like a birthday or Christmas. The only thing they can guarantee is disappointment.

Other than the fact that the designs are beautiful, the team is extremely helpful.
Even before placing the order I had some questions about the sizing and coverage and they answered almost instantly on their chat. Also after receiving their products and reaching out to their team they were incredibly helpful.
Most of all though, the designs are unreal

I’m honestly so disappointed. I bought a bikini set from Triangl and the clasp on the top snapped the very first time I tried it on. I reached out to their team and they sent me a replacement, but the exact same thing happened for a SECOND time.
I even sized up and was extra careful putting it on. For context, I’m 5’3” and 50kg, so definitely not putting any strain on it. Clearly, there’s a fault in the clasp design or quality.
When I contacted them again, they tried to get me to exchange it yet again, but after two broken tops, I refused. For $159 for a bikini top, it’s just not worth it — and now I’ve got bottoms that don’t match anything.
Really disappointing quality for the price, and even more disappointing that the same issue happened twice.

Horrible return policy. It costs you 50 euros not to keep a product. Also the bikini set is just cheap material. All they suggest for a customer in Europe to return the product to hong kong or Australia warehouse whichever is nearby. They must be making fun of us

I needed to return and exchange my order and the team at Triangl were extremely accommodating. They were very fast to reply via email and were helpful when I needed to edit my exchange/refund multiple times. Very good customer service and I cannot reccommend purchasing swimmers from Triangl enough, they are gorgous!!

I love triangl bikinis!!! They’re so cute and flattering on me. I ordered a beautiful red bikini and the top had a small issue with the under wire on it. I emailed triangl about it and they responded to me so fast and my new top came so quickly. I was really impressed by the quality of the entire customer service process and response time and will order from there again!

I wish I could give more stars! Triangl customer service has exceeded my expectations and set the bar so high for any other brand I encounter. They took what would have been a very stressful situation of mine and completely handled it on my behalf. This showcases what a committed brand Triangl is to its consumers and that they truly do care. I cannot recommend Triangl enough, I’ve always loved their products and felt they’re well priced, especially for the quality of the suits and clothing. Having such dedicated and helpful customer service is just the cherry on top. Not only do they respond timely but they really handle all matters so gracefully as well. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I had an issue with one of my orders. Not only was Joanna extremely responsive and fast (it felt like a text message but in the form of email), but she was attentive to my issues and took care of my problem within 30-45 minutes. 10/10 I would purchase from Triangl again for the quality of the product itself and the quality of the customer service I received.

Beautiful colour and design. Unfortunately suit is unlined so fabric feels saggy and thin. I bought two suits and doubled them up . Unsure why triangl would do this when the quality has been so good until now. Please bring back lining in future collections.

I ordered a bikini set from Triangl and used their sizing chart for guidance, but the size S I received is way too small. What’s even more frustrating is that Triangl doesn’t provide a return label—you have to organise and pay for the return shipping yourself. This is the first time I’ve come across a brand with this kind of return policy, especially for an international order. It makes the return process inconvenient and expensive. I expected better service for the price point. Also the bikini smells like plastic/chemicals.

I initially gave this company one star but they have since come around so it is fair to amend my rating. The bikini tops were too small. I placed an order and attempted to initiate a return well within the 14-day return window, contacting the company on July 11. Despite following up and asking for clear instructions, I received no response until after the return period had expired.
When they finally replied, first I was told i cannot return the item and then after insisting I could only get EXCEPTIONALLY store credit or an exchange – not a refund – because it was now past the deadline. I provided evidence that I had reached out on time, and they failed to respond but they still refused to honour their legal obligation for a refund.
After much back and forth, customer service put it right and refunded me the entire amount. It took some wiggling and apparent frustration on my part, but the Customer Service manager stepped in and resolved the situation. I will be shopping again because the quality of the bikinis is excellent; had they not addressed this, they would have lost a customer.
