I have just produced a large painting on canvass for a local charity. Due to the location, it will be in a very busy area near an entry door opening onto a busy road, it needed to be framed. I made the frame myself and contacted Trent Plastics for advice on the best type of acrylic for this purpose; also advice on drilling fixing holes as the acrylic sits outside the frame. I received very rapid and detailed advice and purchased the acrylic from them. It arrived very quickly, unfortunately badly damaged due to extreme carelessness on the part of the courier (Well packaged and marked with 22 large words 'all reading FRAGILE'). On contacting Trent they immediately arranged for a free replacement and sent it very quickly. Their staff Simon and Georgia were excellent and very helpful all the way through. I will definitely use them again if I need similar materials.

More than pleased. The staff were excellent. My order was only small but from the outset the staff were proffesional and courteus to me. My order was done while waited in 10 min!. I Highly recommend this company. Nice people.

Not impressed
I ordered a large sheet of plastic automatically on the website as it states we cut to order and it went through and was all paid for including shipping.
Then the emails start saying they can't get it delivered ? Why not ? You sell large sheets of plastic.
What you really mean is you can't deliver it for the price you quoted for delivery!!!
Perhaps you should sort out your website and logistics rather than letting the customer down.

have worked a lot with Trent plastics over the years, they have always worked hard to fulfill my orders.

even when things weren't quite right the team there were quick to respond and resolve it :) will continue to use them in the future.

Order some greenhouse acrylic. Various sizes. Then more Gail's so needed some more. Georgia in the office was very helpful. Amended order and they were all delivered together.
2 pieces were slightly too small.
Georgia once again very helpful and professional dealt with the issue and sent 2 new pieces the correct size.
Trent plastics you have a great member of your team in Georgia.

I chose Trent plastics for the low price and cut to size option. I ordered a 3mm thick white acrylic sheet and a 10mm thick sheet, cut to size. I changed my mind and contacted them by e-mail to change the 10mm into a 3mm thick sheet. They answered fast, modified the order and refunded the difference of price. Contacting them was easy and fast.
The two sheets were delivered fast, well packaged and protected.
I need another sheet and will definitely order from Trent Plastics again.

I was ordering a piece of HIPS Mirror in a long length which was tricky to package. When it arrived with a bend, without question they sent another piece out in a quick and timely fashion. They are really helpful and answer queries quickly with all info you need. I will definitely order again as I have always had a good experience and this latest purchase has been no different. :)

Very disappointed with the items we received. Trent claimed they could achieve tolerances of 0.25 mm for clear 30mm cast Perspex. We actually received parts with dimensions out by over 2.5mm. A number of parts were incorrectly machined with holes in the wrong location. Trent polished a number of drafted edges which rounded off the drafted faces and were more than 10x out of tolerance. When we explained these issues to Samantha they claimed they would not have made the parts if they fully understood our requirements. If you claim you can achieve a tolerance of 0.25mm then that should be for all dimensions in the drawings. To make things worse Trent sent replacement parts for which they admitted fault only to receive the new parts which were also incorrect. The only positive I can say is that the prices were cheap. Don’t use this company for complex parts with tight tolerances.

I have used Trent Plastics for multiple orders over a three year period they have always been exceptionally helpful delivering a really good customer experience

I wanted a sheet of acrylic to top my garden table. My email enquiry was answered very quickly and I asked if I could pop in to colour match the table top - no problem at all. I called in on Monday afternoon found exactly what I wanted, arranged for it to be cut to size and it was delivered by courier Tuesday morning. Excellent service at a very reasonable price compared to other websites I looked at. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I've used Trent Plastics from time-to-time over several years - most recently for a sheet of polycarbonate cut to size which has just arrived - and I've always found the service to be excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I was looking on Google for Perspex sheets to fix a Greenhouse . All suppliers were charging @ £26.- for the size I wanted. This was far too much, so I bought Polycarbon sheets. That was a mistake so went back on Google and searched again. On the 2nd page of Google I found Trent Plastics offering the same sheets fo 1/2 the price. It seems there is a price to be paid to get top ranking on Google. And the Customer is paying. Trent Plastic, quick delivery and reasonable prices.
