I highly recommend Mystuff.no I received my WalkingPad when it was supposed to come. The whole family is happy and my 9 yo has even said that it was the "best purchase ever".

I hoped and klarna send faktura and all was just a waste of time.

I can see our customer service have been giving you the information needed, as the item you ordered was not in stock and you were asked if you wanted to cancel it or wait for it to restock - for which you chose to wait.
We are sorry you are not happy with the service we gave you, but as you can see through our correspondance, we did not really do anything wrong in this situation. Other than not having the product you ordered.

Incorrect Delivery method and No Customer service
I paid extra for the 28-kg WalkingPad home delivery via PostNord, 699NOK. They sent it to a store which was a kilometer away and I had to take a cab back to my place. I have contacted them several times with no response. Horrible experience with MyStuff.no even though I like the product so far.
Edit in reply to the vendor’s response: I am not going to contact you on that email and waste my time. I still haven’t heard back from the initial complaint I sent to that email address! Please give me another way to contact you and I’ll reach out.

I basically lost 7000 Norwegian Kroners…
I basically lost 7000 Norwegian Kroners ordering from this website.
I bought a walking pad 8 months ago from them. Out of the box, it was broken. We have been chatting for over 7+ months on Facebook messenger to get a refund/or to replace it. However, they refuse to take any responsibility. Stay away, better not to have it rather than have it broken from them and all the money out of the wallet.

My kids ordered two kick scooters last autumn for their own money. Mystuff.no had a campaign with great prices and they finally could afford these. We were informed that it could take a couple of months before they arrived, but we never heard anything. After repeatedly trying to solve the matter for months, we still haven't received the scooter nor the money. This is stealing from kids! We've reported this to PalPal and will now file a report to the Police.

Cheap company
Cheap company, sold defected products and trying to hide. I have contacted a lot of times in many ways but received no response. After I got to their address they refused to refund. Then they offered to fix the product and 2 weeks later they send me the product again still defected. Stay away at all cost.

What I ordered has never arrived
What I ordered has never arrived. They do not pick up the phone, neither reply to e-mails. They only reply on FB, when your comments can be seen by other customers. When they reply they just say nonsense: "your mask delivery is longer than expected due to coronavirus". This is exactly why I paid a fortune for 50 pcs surgery masks, because there is coronavirus pandemic, and it is not possible to purchase masks at pharmacy.
I strongly recommend to avoid mystuff.no.
