We have just placed an order on Trendyol . And it scammed us . App was showing the price 86 SAR at the check out including VAT. At the end they deducted 101 SAR from Visa card . But if we cancel the order direct , the amount they return it only 86 SAR. That’s pure scam !
Trendyol won’t make you save - it will make u lose - and offers are fake . Don’t use if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money .

I ordered women’s Polo sneakers in white with gold details, but received men’s sneakers with blue details instead. When I tried to return them, Trendyol’s site kept crashing, so I couldn’t even print a return label.

This is completely unacceptable. First-time buyer, last-time experience. Poor service, wrong product, and no functioning return system. Avoid this site if you don’t want to waste your time and money!

This lady called Shahed ended the chat without mu permission because she couldn’t help me. They will never return your items. Fake products and so unprofessional, not recommend at all

I’m a regular online shopper in the UAE and India, and I’ve never had such a frustrating experience. I ordered shoes from Trendyol, but the size was wrong. I requested a return, and three weeks later, the item is still with me. No pickup, no refund, no resolution.

Customer service keeps saying they can’t help and won’t connect me to anyone who can. Their shipping partner says Trendyol canceled the return, and now the return window is closed.

So here’s my advice: don’t buy from Trendyol unless you’re 100% sure about the product. If it doesn’t work out, you might just lose your money.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Although it was marked as "delivered," I never received it. I raised the issue with Trendyol customer service, and only after my complaint did they send a photo of a door—one that is clearly not mine. At no point was I notified by the delivery person or provided with proof of delivery until I followed up myself.
Instead of taking responsibility, Trendyol advised me to ask my neighbors or search for the package on my own, which is completely unacceptable. It is not my responsibility to recover a misdelivered item. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I was told to wait—first 7 days, then 8—only to be informed that since the cargo company marked it as delivered, nothing further could be done.
This response essentially implies that I must accept the loss of my order without a refund or redelivery. It’s been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and I find the lack of accountability and resolution deeply concerning.

I suggest everyone to buy anything on trendyol or if you don’t believe check experience history I ordered some item and they delivered to me and those was totally different with different model I requested multiple time for return no one come to pick up only they will tell you we raised complaint will keep you behind of red light of truck

Please avoid ordering anything on this company as they are highly unprofessional and will cheat you with no delivery and no refund . its scammers club dont care about the customer money, time and follow-ups. Order Number:10592727160

I have ordered a case pencil for my daughter and I have received 3 horrible, plastic made handbags. Now I'm trying to get my money back. For the return, they are asking to send back the same product that you have bought, but I've never received it.

It seems a big scam and I would recommend to avoid Trendyol.

Total Scam. You order, they confirm delivery. But you never receive the item. Contact customer care. They will keep on asking you the proof of not delivery. How do we show proof if not delivered. Then they go offline. Total scammers. Be careful everyone. Thanks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! i ordered a Miumiu sunglasses from them back in August and requested a refund the very next day. The courier (Aramex) came in to take the order which had the item in the box worth 890 dirhams ($243). They haven’t responded to me until almost 10days saying they have rejected my refund because the item was not in the box. And im 100% sure i put the item in the box, why else would i return an empty box worth this much?? Which i believe the item was stolen from the box by either the courier or the seller!

I then received a message from another courier (JNT) saying that the “empty box” is out for delivery which was delivered to me.

I opened a a few chats where the chat agents told me we cant help you and you need to contact the courier. Which I don’t understand why since they have to deal with the courier as I trusted this company. After so many tries i was able to open a case with one agent but after 8 days the response was the box was delivered (the empty box) so they have misled the whole case and now they were looking through the empty box delivery.

I opened another case (again after a lot of chat agents telling me they cant help) and explained in details what happened and again i got a response after 10days saying “ However, Please note that the return rejected due to wrong item have been sent thank you.” without any further explanation.

Apparently im unable to open another case again because there were multiple ones and now I've lost my money with the irresponsibility of this company who are unable to protect their employees rights.

Please do not purchase any product from this horrible place and customer service!

For 6 days of waiting ..my order has not been delivered to me...the courier contact no was out of reach and Trendyol customer service refused to give the other courier contact no.

They sell used and refurbished products marked as genuine and they will exhaust you to return ,

They never bother to reply or pay attention to your concerns

When you search for product the price is the half from when you put it in basket.

Easy to buy and easy to return and get your money back and in general it has good quality products.

I ordered four side tables from Trendyol, but when I received them, the quality was not as expected, so I decided to return them.

When I tried to print the return labels on the website, it wasn’t working. I contacted customer support, and they sent me only one return label. I explicitly asked the agent if one label was enough for all four products, and he assured me that only one label was needed. I followed their instruction, used that one label, and returned all four items.

Now I have received a refund for only one product. When I contacted them again, they said it was my mistake and refused to process the remaining refund — even though I followed their team’s instructions step by step. They even told me I could take legal action, but they won’t help further.

This was extremely disappointing and feels unfair because I did everything as advised by their support team. This was my first purchase on Trendyol, and sadly, it will be my last. I hope they improve their return process and train their customer service to provide consistent, accurate guidance to customers.

I received a wrong item, complaint many times, they kept replying by email that they tried to contact me but i wasnt available , no one came to pick up the item even after many complaints, contacted the shipping company also no one came, so i lost my money for a wrong order and it all lies from their side and the problem was not resolved! I deleted the app and im done of this service.
