I ordered on the 9th April

I ordered on the 9th April. I still haven't rcvd my goods and they have said, on numerous occasions they have refunded my money; I have rcvd 5%. I have chased them regularly but they procrastinate and delay.
They appeared on FB but then link out.
Beware of them.
