Order not received, nor money refunded

We ordered a lamp at the end of November and after not receiving any information about the parcel, we asked what had happened in January. We were told the parcel has been delivered somewhere (?). We still haven’t gotten our order or the money back, even though we have clarified our address again and have written several emails.
