The worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with in my life. Horrible product. Does nothing. Same as lying on a regular pillow. They have a 30 day money back guarantee. They REFUSE to give me a refund insisting I need a specific reason. I told them a million times it doesn't work. How about you sell a crappy product and are scammers??????? Is that a good reason??????????

Don’t trust this company. I tried to track my package and it said tracking number not found. The issue is that they use many different company names for the same product. The world is full of SCAMMERS. This is only one of many. Buyer Beware.

Been waiting almost 2 months don’t waste your time or money they won’t even email you back when asking for a refund a total scam

I came across an advertisement on TikTok and ordered the chiropractic neck traction device. One week after ordering and paying for the item, I get an email stating, “due to COVID” they cannot send my item right now. When I emailed Amy and Sophia in customer service, they responded that they cannot cancel my order and we’re sorry that COVID is causing the delay. This is absolute silliness, as none of my other packages have been delayed from other companies. Needless to say, Trendfly has stopped responding and I still do not have a tracking number or my item. This company is a total scam and based in China - DO nOT order from here it is a scam!!!

They sent me the wrong item and then claimed that that was the item I ordered. They refused a refund or replacement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

On top of that, their delivery times are atrocious.

If I could give them a zero I would! Scammers! I’m only out 40 bucks but it still is unacceptable! Put the word out on these a$$clowns!

Don’t order from their site . They are scammers . I’ve been waiting for my order for a month now and they didn’t even give me a proper tracking number. They are fake and just want to steal your money . Never again 😡.

I’m having the same issue a most. This is what I got from my first email from a Sophia.
“Please be informed that I have checked this with our concerned team. I will get back to you as soon as I received an update from them.”
Haven’t heard from her since and she isn’t responding any more.
I’m just looking for an exchange to a larger size but I’m afraid I’m stuck with what I got.

Absolutely horrible! Im trying to return those earbuds 2 pair in bought and they are refusing to take them back ... They dont work with android or apple phones bluetooth. I reed to get my 60$ back and they refuse to give me an address to return them! What do I do... I have proof of all emails...
