DO NOT BUY. THIS RUG ARRIVED STINKING OF MOULD AS IF IT HAS BEEN LEFT IN A DAMP PLACE FOR A LONG TIME. SHOCKED AND APPALLED THAT A COMPANY WOULD SEND OUT SOMETHING THAT STANK THAT MUCH. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

If I could Opt for zero stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT do business with them!! I ordered 2 hoodies from them this fall , because the photos and description sounded wonderful they state they are a US company , total LIE ! have it in an e-mail from them when I requested a phone call because of the copious amount of e-maiils were getting Nowhere !! I was told that could not happen as they are an international company. based on the times I get responses, usually between 1am t0 around 8 am EST This is NOT A US company/ When the hoodies arrived they looked nothing like the photos absolutely Nothing. Also it is so cheaply made it is ridiculous! It is some crap nylon/lycra crap with cheap screen paint6ing. When I requested a refund (still waiting for) I asked them where to return the items? Their reply " It is okay you can keep it" "Maybe you can sell it to someone" I replied "I would not resell this piece of crap to anyone"!

An absolute scam. I ordered a pair of adidas that cost 💲 140.00, and the product looks Iike someone chew it and spit it out. The inside doesn’t even have fabric to cover it! These shoes are worth $ 20.00 max. I regret this purchase with passion. And of course they refused to refund my money. Trash.

I would rate negative 10 if I could. Purchased a 900 dollar item from Amazon through this company and it was several days late, the company was unresponsive. The item was in my city at one point then went back to Orlando where it arrived prior to arriving to my city. The box the product came in is damaged as if it has been thrown, kicked, and also appears to have water damage. I didn't bother opening the product. Worst part is that I have to pay to ship the item back to them. Stay far away from this company. Amazon should not allow them to sell items on their website!!!!

They are real scammers, I bought a sewing machine from them since march not delivered they also sent a fake email to me that it has been delivered, nowhere to contact or track them please beware

Bought a product from them in December. Twice they have stuffed the shipping details by leaving out my street number. Worst part is the second time they asked me to check the details and I replied within half an hour that they were wrong. Again I’ve wasted my time responding.its been a week with no reply AGAIN !!

I have been trying to play my stick it will start then stops and starts down loading game box over and over again it will not do any thing else.

I ordered some shelving for my garage in November still haven’t received it yet, every time they keep apologizing, they send me some information from the china delivery company saying they delivered the shelving,I informed them over and over they were not delivered to my address but it’s a waste of time, then they told me my refund should be returned to my account,still nothing happened up to date. They are definitely scammers.

They are advertising the scam product that is supposedly endorsed by Elon Musk that you just plug in and your electric bills are drastically reduced! It's hard to believe that this isn't investigated before it is seemingly endorsed by them? People who can least afford it are buying this plugin miracle money saver.

i purchased a v7 radar detector as it did not work i sent back recorded delivery i have not heard from them and sent 3 letters asking for a refund had no reply i wont use them again still wating for my refund .

Bad ... so so bad ... returned product (couriered too) but they wont respond to my emails ... at all ... going to bank now to dispute payment and get my money back

Absolutely no correspondence to my emails asking where my order is.

Beware of this company. So trends They falsely advertise products as sold in Australia They ignore emails requesting to return said product there is no refund. They not giving my money back

Beware of this company. They falsely advertise products as sold in Australia $59. But charge you in American dollars $95.stated as a quality product made in Germany but it’s made & shipped from china. They ignore emails requesting to return said product & refund.

Items are advertised / priced, then you are charged in US dollars (not indicated anywhere this is US dollars), returns for faults are rejected even after pics sent as requested. There site does not allow reviews (and it’s clear why).

I purchased a product from Trends, for $54.95 they took $88.31 from my account. There was nothing stating that the purchase was US$. They are ripping people off. I will be going to the commerce commission. They should be advising customer that it's US dollars. I have just bought the same product for $24.00 NZ$.

I ordered a car hoover that was £79.00 including PP.

Got the hoover and it's literally such poor quality it's like a kids toy.

I have emailed now 3 times and had nothing back at all and no idea how to return or the return address.

I'm also being forced in to taking out a dispute with my bank due to this as I feel this is a scam!!!!

Provides me with a community that has the same goals and aspirations. Talented, knowledgeable, ballsy people that go for what they want.

I forgot to cancel my 7 day free trial. The day that I was billed (a years subscription) I contacted Trends via email immediately - as it stated that their telephone customer service team was away for the summer. I have since contacted them on facebook as well but have not recieved a response. I am a university student and simply cannot afford to pay for a years subscription to the platform. I am starting to feel as though they simpy don't have a customer service team.

Every other subscription platform that has billed me a years subscription to something has refunded me when I contact them to cancel straight away. This looks unprofessional and feels somewhat like a scam.

Been a member for 3 years now…always look forward to the Tuesday newsletter!
