The original plaque That I ordered was missing the magnate on the back. I advised customer service of the problem. Even though I told them I would be happy if they just sent me the missing magnate they replaced the entire plaque. I got the new one today, very pleased.

I am absolutely NOT happy or satisfied with my purchase!! My daughter bought we one from your company for Easter and she forgot on of my grandkids names on the bunnies. I went on your website and, according to the picture you displayed, ordered the exact display that my daughter had gifted me, including the name of the granddaughter she forgot. What you sent me is less than half the size of the original!!! So small it’s very difficult to read the names and encased in acrylic. I’m terribly disappointed with the last product!! I was going to order something else for a gift but can no longer trust I will receive the product that’s pictured on your website!!
