Product was good when it arrived. One thing was that the delivery was expected to be 3-4 days, but it took quite a bit more than that to arrive. However, to give the benefit of the doubt it was not their dispatch that took long but the transits, and i’m guessing it’s 3-4 business days, excluding weekends. plus i’m an overseas customer so all in all was a great experience, will watch for the material over time !

Chanced upon Trendhim while looking for a gift for my husband online. They have a variety of items. I decided to buy a bracelet. Delivery took a week and when the item came it was too big for my husband. So I had to do an exchange. The replacement came within a week which was really fast despite me not returning the bigger bracelet yet and the bracelet quality is really good. I love They have a 365 days return policy. Their customer service for the chat bot is great as well when I needed assistance. Keep up the good work guys.
