If I could give 0 I would. The shoes didn't fit after waiting over a month to receive so I spent $43 to return them 2 months ago just to get them Return to Sender today.....Trend Fete needs to rot in hell.

Order took more than a month to arrive. The shoes were shipped in a black grocery bag with no box with tape around them. They were poorly made, the wrong shoe and wrong shoe size. Will never purchase from website again.

Shoes took a full month to arrive. The insert/liner was immediately swapped out with my "Work Boots" inserts which made them more comfortable to wear. Shoes were great, and surprised many people who didn't think they had steel toes. Unfortunately a week ago I felt a strange suction sensation when walking, later the same day I noticed the left Outsole/Bottom was half off. By the end of the day it now flaps and is almost entirely detached. Very disappointed. Fine while they lasted but I wish they were indestructible for a little longer.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. So in less than 24 hours the shoe buckle was broken and the mesh on the front was torn. I am still waiting on a response to my return inquiry on their website. I bought 2 pairs and I'm so disappointed.

Do not buy shoes from this website. The shoes I received did not fit. I requested to return them and was told to ship them to China, and the money will be refunded after they are received. Their website says they will send you a shipping label for returns - that is not the case. The shoes are not made well. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered a pair of shoes early May. Tried to cancel when I found they were coming from China. They wouldn't cancel. They already shipped they said. Now the site is down and I can't track anything. Got one response from Olivia. Can't say I expect the shoes to be delivered. Pretty sure it's a scam. Will be contacting the authorities.

Update....the shoes were finally delivered on june 24th. So far so good. Very light weight and durable.
I'm amazed. I really thought it was a scam.

So the whole website went down and I have no way of tracking my shipment. Please advise Trend fete. Haven't received any email from you about this issue or how we can resolve it

Update: I finally received my shoes after a 3 month wait, well, they were at least 2 sizes too big. I don’t know what size they are because the size in the shoes is not a USA size. Do I return them? It took 3 months to get them the 1st time around. Do I request a refund? Will I ever get it? I strongly advise not to order from this company..,,,Mary...Pine Bluff, At

Horrible company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a pair of shoes and still have not received them 2 months later. I’ve asked for them to cancel/ refund me and they won’t. They keep telling me to wait and assure me my order is on its way.

I love these shoes I think I will grab another pair thanks Trend Fete!

Shoe was already torn where the steel toe starts as soon as it arrived and I took it out of the box. The plastic cap on the drawstring used to tighten the shoe broke on my first try putting them on. Emailed the customer service and waited a few days for a response. They gave a return address and said I would be responsible for paying for return shipment. The cost to return ship costs double the amount of the shoe. Ripped off with poor quality shoes.

horrible service, I have had emails with someone called lily, rude in their emails they forget who the client is, I am thinking that it is not a formal company and no, I do not recommend it at all. I know that we are in a difficult time but that does not give the right to mistreat anyone

Terrible company and customer service. I emailed them twice before the product shipped asking to cancel my order and send me a refund. No response. The day after I get a shipping confirmation email they respond and say they can’t issue a refund since the product has shipped.

Scam online store with NO contact phone number, NO store address, and NO seal of privacy protection. They will steal your credit information and wont send product. they are scammers!
