AVOID!!!
Terrible in every possible way!
They didn't respect their own advertising time to ship the product, and when they finally did ship, the courier they used (GLS) never delivered my order while stating they did.
Contacted customer service and after a week still no solution.
I contacted my bank to block the payment and my lawyer to file fraud charges.
These company thinks they can steal people's money and because its not large sums (mine was a 250 euros carpet) they won't do anything.
Wrong.
Great business model right?
Their negative 1 star reviews are exceeding 20% for a reason!

But they refused very coldly, just because I had put the adress of my company for the sending!

Ne commandez pas chez eux, la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous et leur argument de remboursement est bidon.
Ils m'ont refusé le renvoi du tapis tout ça parce que je l'ai fait livrer à mon entreprise, vu que je savais que je ne serais pas chez moi.
Tapis de mauvaise qualité et pas beau du tout.
Je contacte ma banque demain, on ne doit pas se laisser traiter de cette façon.

The rug is slippery
The rug is slippery. If you walk on it in bare, you can fall down. Cheap synthetic material, that is slick to the touch.

If a carpet is slippery or not, highly depends on the flooring you have as well. We recommend using our anti slip mat if you the carpet is not laying in place for you.
